I received a bonus from the website that I was eligible for, and I managed to win €70 using that bonus. However, when I tried to withdraw my winnings, they cancelled my withdrawal and removed the €70 from my account.
I contacted customer support to ask what happened, but they told me that there was nothing they could do and that I had violated their rules. The problem is that they never clearly explained which rule I supposedly broke or provided any evidence of a violation.
I find it extremely unfair that they allowed me to use the bonus, let me win €70, and then simply took the winnings away when I tried to withdraw them.

I got a email for a bonus with 10× playthrough but when I deposited it shwoed 27×. I contacted customer service and showed them the email. They said it's 27x. No way I give more money to a company that plays like that.
