You confirmed to me via support and supervisors I was okay opening account. Wagering and depositing/withdrawl. I deposited over $1000 and on my first withdrawal attempt you banned me. I completeled verificstion and submitted well before withdrawal. Your response is beyond disloyal, dishonest, and completely dodges your 100% accountability. You took my money. Update with My log : Drfacey. I would appreciate a quick reply. We are going on a month. It too bad 40 emails have not been responded to but this has. The response reconfirming my account had not been approved, but not addressing the previous encounters.

I tried to log in and my account was closed. I tried getting details from support but had to log in to do so. I don't ever remember playing here so I was surprised to learn it was deactivated. I opened another account for the purpose of learning details of deactivation. I was advised the account could not be open and was ASVISED that the closed account could not be reopened but I was welcome to deposit via crypto on new account per life support, I sent emails to the Support team, pit boss in general email Support advising them of the situation and trying to get details on why my account was previously deactivated. No response. I returned to live chat where they assured me. Everything was fine and once I complete another identity check I'd be good to go. It was refreshing to know that they advised me upfront that it was a 3 to 4 day process for verification. I thanked them for being upfront. They advised me I wouldn't be able to collect the welcome bonus, but I'm good to deposit. I asked to do the verification form for withdrawals, which I did. No response was followed up on this verification, and After two weeks, 40+ deposits. I finally cashed for 150 bucks. I was asked to do the verification. Again. Within 12 hours of finishing my verification I was advised my account would be closed. The money would be seized and this was final. $800 deposited, 55 chats sessions, not one person had the decency to advise me. Verification was originally sent within the first $100 of deposits, I would have been a little disappointed if they gave me this news. But $800-$1200? I'm trembling just thinking about it. Absolutely no words. The deserve no words. I'm almost in tears writting this, I have debilitating conditions, and I come here fora few hours of relief. Some relief. And for this reason, I'd advise anyone to please show your support so they will return what they stooped to dangerously low levels to steal. Please make right extreme, and we can agree to successful future. Just a 1k/week player trying to find a good place I feel welcome.
Ps. I finally received a chat session with some actually affiliated with casino...he didn't mention one thing either.

Still no follow up. Still no email response. Still no way to access live chat without logging in. Still no response here. Still out almost $1000 accepted in bad faith.

update 2/1: not a damn thing. No way to reach anyone affiliated with casino. Can't log in , cant get anyone from sister casinos. Zero email responses.

I made my first deposit on a promo. Furst deposit, no max cash out, no wagering, etc.. supposedly unlimited. As my balance went up a message popped up saying i completed the wager requirements and took my balance. I was like wtf what wager if it was a no wager promotion.. Support kept saying i finished the wager when i would tell them what wager if it was a no wager bonus, kept asking what wager amd they just kept saying i finished it so it was automatically removed. Scamming people and issues never resolved by support, this was like a week or two ago and they have the nerve to keep sending me "no wager" codes probably trying to scam me some more. Overall this is a trustworthy website that you can make deposits to without any worries. I have made MANY and experienced ZERO issues. You can also trust that they will allow you to withdraw your account balance IF you have deposited and played the website games which are approved by the casino terms and conditions along with and T&C for deposit bonus codes you may have used. If at any point during game play and depositing timings your actions are something that is deemed not acceptable in applicable T&C you will be denied withdrawals of any funds of the deposit you made before. They have taken from my account over $700 of winnings and left my $100 deposit in my account. They claim I made a second deposit when my account balance was above $1 and my last deposit bonus was still active which I strongly disagree with.

While I was playing games and wagering, once I completed the playthrough wager amount for the deposit bonus I used the bonus amount was removed from my account balance the second that I wagered enough to complete the playthrough. My opinion is that the moment the deposit bonus was removed from my account.so were the T&C of it. When the bonus amount was taken from my account it left me with about $30. I didn't think that amount would be enough so knowing I would have a wait time between completing a deposit process again till the actual funds post in my account I proactively made a deposit. While waiting for it to arrive i went and gambled the balance I had currently. When the funds from my second deposit showed up I had maybe $10 balance. With my second deposit balance I went and won over $800 and tried to withdraw and they rejected my request continually. After speaking with Live Chat Casino help and arguing with them about this situation. While I was in chat window with the agent. My account balance of over $800 was changed to $100 even when i returned to my account screen

Hiding behind T&C conditions that are clearly created to not allow someone to take advantage of deposit bonus funds with stacking more deposit funds in an account with them to and possibly win a larger wager value spin or similar to. I also think the way the T&C wording is, that they likely made the deposit bonuses mathematically and to control a variable they cant technically control for calculations they seem to be making sure your account balance is a value where the casino has advantage. and you do not succeed completing the deposit bonus requirements and not allow your balance to be an amount giving the player an advantage to succeed completing the requirements.

If you do follow the T&C where applicable they will approve your withdrawal and within a fairly quick time period after I have always received my winnings and they were always exactly the amount I request to withdraw.

As they are a trustworthy site and you are planning to gamble here, I strongly recommend reading the T&C and being very familiar with them entirely. It will save you a lot disappointing and borderline robbery/theft type situations.
