Let’s get straight to the point. You created an account under a false name and used our welcome free bonus. After you made winnings, account verification was requested. Upon reviewing the documents you provided, we found that your personal information does not match the details entered on your account. 8.1. Opening a User Account

- In order to play Games and place wagers on the Website, you first must register with the Casino and open a User Account.

- You are allowed only one User Account. If you have more than one account, all winnings will be void. If you open more than one User Account, the Casino may close all accounts and any bonuses and winnings may be voided.

- As part of the registration process, you will have to choose a Username and Password for your login into the Website. You are obliged to keep your Username and Password secret and confidential. Any use of the Software application through your Username and Password is your sole responsibility.

Additionally, we noticed that the name you are using on this forum is also fake. While this may be acceptable for forums (as a username, if allowed), it is not permitted at any legitimate Casino if you wish to withdraw your winnings.

Making statements such as “Never use this casino. They will just lure you with offers and if you somehow win, they will make a lot of excuses not to pay you your money” while at the same time attempting to manipulate the system by using a false name appears contradictory.

Upon reviewing your account, we found that your withdrawal requests were rejected a couple of times because you hadn’t confirmed your payout crypto address. As soon as you requested a withdrawal, an automatic email was sent to your inbox with a confirmation link for your payout crypto address. To confirm your address, you need to click on the link inside the message from our payments team.

Since there was no confirmation from your side, your requests were rejected. Sometimes these emails go to the Spam or Junk folder, so we always advise players to check those as well. If for some reason (which is rare, since you receive other emails from us) you did not receive the email, you should contact our support or support management, and they will provide a solution to your problem, which they did in your case.

Unfortunately, we did not receive a reply from you for several hours, and since our withdrawals are instant, your request was rejected again. After that, you continued to play and lost your winnings.

Upon reviewing your account, we found that you played with one of our welcome free promotions on January 30th, making $149 in winnings from your play. Since the maximum cashout for your bonus was $50, your first withdrawal request was rejected, the excess balance (amount above the max cashout limit) was removed, and account verification was requested.

Your account verification was completed on February 5th. As soon as you completed the verification, you submitted a second withdrawal request. Unfortunately, that request was also rejected because a verification deposit is required to complete your first withdrawal.
