Same as everyone else says, you will never receive your winnings. Live help will tell you 7 to 21 days which is rediculous to start with. Before you grt a chance to respond they ask can they help you with anything else and end the chat before you can respond. Don't no who they get away with it. If you look most recent winner is mostly me. Months ago

Made a request to withdrawal £700 on 29th of Dec and still waiting and whenever you ask about it via chat you get the same response or they just end chat without a answer.

They have changed it to winner casino 2 now! Scammers! Deposit £20 September 2023 tried withdrawing £100 and still nothing 5 months later! Stay away!!! Scammers!!!!

The casino appears to have disappeared with 1500 of my money can't seem to login or even find the website for that matter

Is been already 3 months and just a scam ,I withdraw 300£ in October and is already January and nothing the same as others I don't even want to talk about the live chat or email support. That's a sh...t site don't lose your time or money on it

Yep same as everyone else did the review search after the delay in paying out.

"won" £515 on December 24th....January 15th still nothing. The chat feature is pointless they don't answer anything just says be patient and up to 28 working days so that would be Feb 4th or some ridiculous time frame. They are now on Winner2. Still can't quite banish the glimmer of hope even though I know I should.
TBH even IF they did payout which lets face it is highly unlikely this would still be a 1 star review. Don't get conned like this Muppet and leave this place and all the various incarnations of this place well alone. I will update if anything happens. I have found it frustrating that no follow ups have been posted so I will make sure I will. If nothing is in by mid Feb 24 I'll update.

Update 5th Feb
After another pointless chat exchange I have opened a case with Resolver UK I am not sure what good it will do but even if it starts the ball rolling on getting this lot banned then I'd take that now. Obviously I would like the money. Will update if/when something happens

Update Feb 22nd - pointless exchanges with Winner still no sign of any withdrawal.

Waiting on ability to go through the gambling ombudsman that’s another month away which is also ridiculous!

OK 12th April final update - my "withdrawal" was returned to my winner account because of a fraudulent withdrawal. Requested the withdrawal once again and got a request for lots of ID. I'm not comfortable sharing this information with these bandits so have just left it alone and written it off.

Just as an FYI my bank account had some odd transactions that were fraudulent through a random fish and chip shop in London so I have now cancelled the card and luckily got the money back from the bank. IBAS the regulator have been in touch and said they are not UK licensed and to steer clear. In short if you are waiting for withdrawals it's not happening I would consider if you want to hand over any other personal information to them. Burnt and learnt from these thieves!

Same as everyone else on here, was caught out with this scam of a company, made alot of deposits to this site, fully verified by this site and yet when I withdrew(way less than I deposited) they tell me it could take more than 21 days as there checking for cheaters and scammers, funny how they call us scammers, it says withdrawals are processed between 12 and 24 hours no mention of 21 days or longer until you actually want the money you won, had my chat ended 4 times before I had time to question there logic, can't believe they are allowed to get away with this clear as day

I have been waiting since beginning of September for withdrawal that I played on roulette without using any bonuses. Customer service keeps saying the same automated answer… you will be contacted soon with an update, be patient, we have high volume of withdrawals etc… like this now for 2 weeks since I waited 21working days as that is their official maximum waiting time for a withdrawal to be processed.

I’d rate 0 if I could. I won £800 in august and I’m still waiting for my payout I message the customer service everyday and they say the same thing every time there is no update on your withdrawal please be patient. And then they end the chat even if you haven’t finished talking to them they are so rude. So annoying how they are so quick to take your money but won’t pay anyone the money they owe. Does anyone know if we can report the site to anyone surely this isn’t allowed they are scamming everyone.
