I would give 0 if I could.I managed to do all wagering required and won 600 pounds.After over 30 days and loads of messages between me and customer upport all I had were lățime excuses and not to worry because I will get my money.Main excuses was delay în payments because of the payments department,had to many payments to review.Do not use this website and do not jump and an obvious trap to loose money.This is a fraudulent casino,not to be trustees.Stay away from this website.Someone needs to shut it down and reply all the customer.

My review is below but thought that an update was necessary as they have tried to take a payment of over £9k and a further £3k from my account. Luckily my bank did not authorise these fraudulent transactions.

if i had the option would not even give a star. won 800 after completing the wagering from the bonus to then be continuously told that i will be paid, keep getting told there financial department is extremely busy, every time i use the chat function they tell me the same thing, they refuse to answer any questions also they dont have the ability to provide you with any info regarding your account such as basic things of how much your wanting to withdrawal. also take note when you log in there is a bit that flashes with the recent winners on the site they are the same daily it does not change. no company should make you wait over a month to receive your money it’s absolutely shocking

I came across this site on Tik Tok, they have ppl live streaming winning thousands on whatever games they a promoting. I like a flutter and thought I'd try. Luckily I have only deposited 50 or 60 in December, I took advantage of the bonus 😅 🙃 🤪 so the wagering requirement on 50 or 60 was like 1.2k with the 400% bonus.... I thought ok I've lost that,but I won! I got up to £900, was disappointed as I knew I couldn't withdraw...anyway I eventually met the requirement and was able to request to withdraw £650, this was 18.12.22.... still nothing. Everytime I get on chat, I was told 21 day's to process and check for fraud??? Today I told them its been 21 days now, and the chat person said I will email the finance department, so sorry blah blah...apparently I will have it soon. It is a complete scam people please beware. Also the withdrawal method is worrying, I requested by bank transfer as PayPal is not an option. They required a SWIF number as well as account details. I will be reporting this to the Mother/umbrella company their licence falls under, all to the gambling commission and ombudsman....please ALL do the same!

Absolute scam I used the 400% bonus aswell as depositing £40 won £1000 and wanted to withdraw but turns out I had to wager £10,000 before I could withdraw completely impossible and a scam just don’t want to pay when you win!
