Update 10/21/25: Still waiting. 😒Contacted customer care and they said they understate my frustration. They have escalated my complaint and will let me know.
Update 10/13/25: I am still waiting for my redemption. It's been since 9/30/25.
The variety of games is good. However the redemption process is horrible. I was told typically it takes 1-3 days to review your redemption. Once sent it can take up to 10 days to receive your funds via bank transfer. Still waiting for the review process to be completed. Going on 4 days. All the other platforms I play on pay between 2-72 hrs max. Will update once I receive my funds.

The games are great! And I enjoy playing here.
My problem is there redemption process. I submitted my redemption on August 28th 2025. Here it is September 27th and still haven't received it. Every email or live support says the same thing. They will escalate it and move to the next department. I was even told yesterday from live support i would receive an email shortly. I'm still waiting for that email. I don't normally write negative reviews but this has frustrated me with their lack of communication. Would gladly change my review when I receive my redemption.

So I used my debit card and won on 9/11/25 and I wasn't verified yet. Here we are now 9/26 and I finally got fully verified on Monday 9/22/25 and this took so long due to weekends and when I sent in my proof of address I sent them a June bank statement which they needed a statement within 60 days.... ok fine. But then I sent them an August statement and it took two days or more for them to even get back to me regarding anything.... but the August statement I sent them on the statement it says my name and that I have been a member since April 2024 and then to the right of that the statement dates and they sent me back an email stating I once again sent a statement that was outdated! Meaning the kyc person didn't even look at the statement fully and just seen the member since date and just denied my perfectly fine statement. Shows you the quality of employee they have working there. I digress, anyways I sent in a redemption the same day I got verified which was 9/22/25 and still haven't received any information regarding whether or not they have processed my redemption. This casino is a joke and I will never spend money on this site ever again.

Worst experience ever from start to tonight when I finally just had them close my account. Have had nothing but a negative experience from jump on this site. First only daily bonus is a gamble you get either GC,SC,GC&FC,Coinclicks, or free spins(never as if u hit it pops up no win every time)
1st issue was back and forth with support for well over a week for verification. Every time ask for an update told just be patient and wait. Because there system was glitched and made me resubmit verification stuff on June 25th after I had already submitted them on the 21st. There time frame states verification takes max 2 days by June 30th I was still being told to wait. It wasn't until well into Aug when it was finally verified (after all winnings where basically play back doubt that was a coincidence as soon as I hit under cash out level it was magically finished)
Have had to contact support on multiple occasions after this for various issues always same oh we've escalated they'll reach out with 0 communication.
Last issue was free spins won over $5 and it kept popping up errors. Told they are aware of issue and that free spins are under maintenance. Sent proof of winnings even though it didn't show full amounts as it only showed 2 spins winnings.30 each even though it showed total won at $5.75 which I couldn't even get a screenshot as it went to loading screen and popped up error yet again. I would of been fine if they credited at least what was showing in history even with it glitch. But instead they stated it was under maintenance and my inquiry had been escalated to team then chat was closed. Over 48hrs later nothing credited no contact nothing just silence reached out again and told I'd have to wait until maintenance was completed and team looked at report. Asked for time frame told basically just wait til it's done can't give an update. I can say with experience since beginning that everyone of their 5 star ratings are either paid ratings or employees because there is no way there from personal actual experiences.

Overall lots of games and great daily play. Promotions aren't bad either. However, none of that matters since when you try to redeem, they will take their good ol time. Last time I redeemed it took 2 weeks almost 3. All the while support was saying they were "escalating to the relevant team" which is a load of lies. This time, same issue. I was told 3 business days. Well apparently redeeming at 12:50 am on the 23rd cancels the entire day so it doesn't count as a business day. Here I am day 4 now (not including the 23 hours they wanted to skip on the 23rd) and once again, waiting. Constantly telling me to wait and that they are escalating to whom ever. Either their banking team doesn't care one bit or its all lies and they just don't wanna burden themselves with reviewing. Heck, my redemption hasn't even been reviews. Was told by the end of today. Now it's Monday. These people are a prime example of how awful 80% of social casino support is.

I've been trying to get my redemption for over a month. They constantly lie about processing it, sending it, etc.. I should have read the reviews before I ever played so hopefully whoever is reading this hasn't played there yet. They have so many excuses it's REDICULOUS! I expect I'll never get my redemption, my bad for not reading before I played. I hope nobody else makes that mistake. They'll be out of business any day now.

My username is Brentbarrett80 so you know. This site used to be 5 stars. I loved it! It has a awesome selection of games and the different ways that they do your daily bonus keeps thing exciting and fun. The customer service responds very quickly usually within minutes. The only downside had been that the redemption process took around 3 days to receive your funds and that could sorta be overlooked because of all the other pluses about the site. But oh its sad how they have changed. They still have the games, the daily bonuses and customer service response time is still on point. Now however the redemption process takes forever, some people have said up to 30 days and longer. Me however it's been 8 days so far and my redemption has yet to even be processed. You speak to customer service and they at 1st say 3 days. Then it's 3 days to process & 3 to receive funds. Next it's you are in a queue and redemptions are processed in the order received. Now the said they have escalated my redemption to priority. That was a day ago with still no change.Not sure what I will hear next but I'm sure it will be more run around. Bottom line is there are a lot of better more honest casinos out there. I would think long and hard before I spent any money with this casino until they can address the issues that seem to have taken hold of them. I hope that they can turn things around. Update: I finally recieved my redemption. After 22 days it finally cleared my account

Games aren't that good. Verification was ok. Redeeming your winnings... Let's just say, I wish I had did some research on Casino Click! At first I thought the reviews were from ppl who probably lost so they took it out on the casino. Nope, every single bad review was truthful. People are waiting weeks... Months even. I was gonna wait to give my Honest opinion, but I thought. People need to be informed about this casino. Sheesh! Is there something we as a group can do to these types of squirrelly casinos? I mean, when contacting customer service, what they told me was almost word for word what they've been telling nearly everyone. It's like they have scripts that they use to respond to people. Smfh! And Click, no need to respond to this review with the automated response. I put in my request, so I'll just see when I'll get my WINNINGS.
Update: I finally got my winnings. Man, it was like pulling teeth. So imma give them couple more stars.
