My username is Brentbarrett80 so you know. This site used to be 5 stars. I loved it! It has a awesome selection of games and the different ways that they do your daily bonus keeps thing exciting and fun. The customer service responds very quickly usually within minutes. The only downside had been that the redemption process took around 3 days to receive your funds and that could sorta be overlooked because of all the other pluses about the site. But oh its sad how they have changed. They still have the games, the daily bonuses and customer service response time is still on point. Now however the redemption process takes forever, some people have said up to 30 days and longer. Me however it's been 8 days so far and my redemption has yet to even be processed. You speak to customer service and they at 1st say 3 days. Then it's 3 days to process & 3 to receive funds. Next it's you are in a queue and redemptions are processed in the order received. Now the said they have escalated my redemption to priority. That was a day ago with still no change.Not sure what I will hear next but I'm sure it will be more run around. Bottom line is there are a lot of better more honest casinos out there. I would think long and hard before I spent any money with this casino until they can address the issues that seem to have taken hold of them. I hope that they can turn things around. Update: I finally recieved my redemption. After 22 days it finally cleared my account

I have waited for over 3 weeks for a redemption and was told my case has been escaleted. Called every day same thing so I just put the sc’s back on some spins and told them to close my account. Will never use them again. Avoid them at all costs.

Games aren't that good. Verification was ok. Redeeming your winnings... Let's just say, I wish I had did some research on Casino Click! At first I thought the reviews were from ppl who probably lost so they took it out on the casino. Nope, every single bad review was truthful. People are waiting weeks... Months even. I was gonna wait to give my Honest opinion, but I thought. People need to be informed about this casino. Sheesh! Is there something we as a group can do to these types of squirrelly casinos? I mean, when contacting customer service, what they told me was almost word for word what they've been telling nearly everyone. It's like they have scripts that they use to respond to people. Smfh! Update: I finally got my winnings. Man, it was like pulling teeth. So imma give them couple more stars. But in all honesty, the agent who are supposed to help with your issues were kind of condescending. But like I said, I finally got what I won fair and square. But I think I'll play at the other sweeps casinos. The pay out here is too long. I see other people have complaints about redemptions later than mine, but I redeemed on 08/15/2025 and they keep telling me that they have escalated to redemption and I keep getting the same generic response. This casino is by far the worst one online. DO NOT PLAY WITH THEM!!!!!

Redeemed on 8/29/2025 and as of 9/22/2025 I have seen not any update for my redemption. The customer service give you a generic msg they give to every one worst casino by far

This is a shady online casino. I’ve been waiting for my payout for months now at this point. Contact support and at first they say the payment has been sent. Wait the time the specify and nothing come in. Contact again and again, same story. Contact again then they tell me that the system they use said the sent the payment finally. Guess what, still no payment. Then after contacting multiple more times they tell me to provide bank statements like I don’t keep an eye on my account for deposits. Stay away from this site. Play on others sites that actually payout when they say they will.

Update 10/7/2025: as you can see they have replied to my review. They have still not made the payout. They have still claimed the payment has been sent. They want all this information from me when my bank account clearly has not deposit in the amount that I have withdrawn. They claim that it has been sent when it has not. DO NO PLAY AT THIS SITE IF YOU WANT THE MONEY YOU WON!

It's going on 7 days and I still have not been verified to redeem. I keep getting the same generic message kyc department is working on blah blah blah. Until I actually see results I advise everyone to stay away from this site. Pulsz and crown coins is 100% better

Update: I was able to actually speak to someone to get my verification processed. Actually 24 hours after speaking with someone. Now we just wait for the redemption to be received. I'll update once that goes through

I enjoy the site and the bonus structure. What makes this one of the worst online casinos?Is that it takes weeks to get paid out. I have chatted with many different people on the help menu in the game and emailed back and forth with their payout department. I get offered token apologies and pretty much get told to hurry up and wait. At the time of this review, I am nearly three weeks into waiting for a withdrawal. Absurd. I could withdraw and spend my 401 k faster than they pay out. That's enough reason for me to shut this one off. Ridiculous.

It’s insane how many documents are required—more than any other site I’ve ever experienced. It’s not even funny; it’s just stressful. I keep running into issues with documents I can’t provide proof for, and on top of that, the verification process takes days. The manual review system is outdated and unnecessary.

You don’t see real-life casinos stopping everyone and demanding piles of documents. They just check your ID if you look young. That’s it. If you win big, they might ask for two forms of ID—simple and straightforward.

Do better. This system is frustrating, inefficient, and unfair. I’m tired of it.

I’m so disappointed . I received an email stating my redemption was sent to my bank account on August 29 . As of September 16 . I still have not received my redemption. . I have called and emailed just about everyday for an update and they just tell me the same thing they will forward the case to the department . As of now I am giving them 1 star . When and if I receive it I will change my rating .
UPDATE: I received my redemption last night . So I will change my rating . But it still took to long to process

Overall my experience with click has been very good. They offer great deals regularly and give some good freebies. I would give them 5 stars if their redemption process was faster but they have always paid me so I stand by them.

Well to be honest the only reason I found myself on this site was because I requested Free Play at Casino Click after blowing all my money in minutes . So I was asked to accept a phone call I did from them and I was proposed to log on here and create a review for $25 free play and when I was done I sent a put of my review I was credited $25 and they where The worst PROMOTIONAL play . I did not last 4 min... .bad bad !
