I spoke to afew people on Saturday and told you guys how far away my car was and was told no problem. Monday when I was expecting you to pick it up I was told no it was to far. I am extremely pissed off. We were counting on the money you said you would pay me for my car and I went out of my way to go to where it was parked so I could meet you. Now I'm
screwed with a car that was supposed to be gone. I will never deal with your company again.

From there, everything moved seamlessly. The paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes, and by that very same afternoon, the tow company arrived to pick up my car with a cheque ready for me. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and stress-free.

Initial contact went well, coordination with the pick up company was frustrating. Driver showed up a day sooner than they were supposed to, so ownership and keys weren't ready, somehow it was my fault. Sent the same driver back the next day, he ignored all calls and eventually had to find a replacement pick up driver.
