people were very friendly and quick to respond in most cases. tow driver very friendly. value of car was in my opinion lower than it should have been. i do resent getting an e mail from emily someone who turns out to be virtual assistant and the another one fro the same person after the car was gone asking if i was going to accept the offer.

Yikes is probably the only appropriate word. Oddly unprofessional texting from a supposedly professional company. If you know a Nick, might want to discuss proper communication with customers.

From the person on the phone that gave me the quote...to the 2 guys who picked up the car. They were all polite, friendly curtious and willing to answer all of my questions. They made the whole process very comfortable and easy.

Hastle free transaction. Clear and fair price. No haggling. One thing that can be better is to clearly explain various people/companies involved such as car bought by you, going to copart etc. Also try introducing e transfers instead of cheque.

Wow this guy harassed me by calling over and over and over again showed up offered me 200 for my running 1500 series and then didn't show up when they promised, but then threatened me if I parked my other car near the truck they will tow that one too please guys, if you don't want your car to go missing all of a sudden don't use these guys
