Great item, step-stool/table. Clever idea well executed. Met our needs exactly and I don't know of another similar product. Great quality. Delivery communication was excellent. Would happily buy again from Case Furniture

Great quality furniture. Very fast delivery for the items in stock. We purchased 2 garden armchairs and they arrived in a matter of days. Good communication from Case Furniture on delivery time.

I purchased a Robin Day chair from Case after a Google search as John Lewis didn't have it.
I knew upfront it was delayed but there was excellent communication throughout and when the chair arrived it was excellent.

Superb service, quick responses, moved our delivery up as we needed the stools earlier. And the product is also great, we searched hours trying to find the right product, and these fit the bill, and are great quality.

Great product (675 chairs) and excellent service from Case.

Absolutely beautiful dining chairs which Case customised for us as we provided the fabric instead of using their custom fabric choices. Superb customer service!

Great service & product
- Communication was great from order and update emails were the right amount between absent & overbearing. Delivery was hassle free, and assembly was straight forward. A little pricey for a veneered table top however quality of finish is excellent.

The side tables we bought were perfect and the most perfectly packaged too. Throughout the process, there were no hitches, just great service.

Great products, excellent service.

We placed a large order for outdoor furniture which included sofa’s, chairs, sun beds and stools. We had a problem with a chair that was rectified promptly and efficiently. A trusted company to use again. Thank you for looking after us.

I ordered a beautiful 675 chair through Case, and the process was great from start to finish. The chair ended up being ready for dispatch immediately after ordering, and the team at Case were very helpful in delaying dispatch until after I moved to deliver my piece. It arrived in perfect condition thanks to excellent packing. I highly recommend ordering from Case and will do so again myself in the future.

Having visited Case Furniture website, we visited their showroom- office to see the piece of furniture we wanted. We were received by a very friendly and well informed retail and trade manager.
Following the purchase, the delivery and assembly, all went smoothly and in the agreed time.

Incredibly helpful, accommodating, and communicative staff! I was moving house around the time of my order, and Anna/Martha went above and beyond to schedule (and-reschedule when dates changed!) my delivery. The desk I ordered is beautiful and well-made -- looks great in the office. Would highly recommend.

Super pleased with the table we purchased the install team were professional and courteous and did a great job !

We had excellent service from Case in both the delivery and the showroom. We are very pleased with the products we bought and look forward to many years use.

AMAZING Garden Furniture - so lovely to deal with the people at Case and delivery was quick and easy. Have done lots of research and think the Case outdoor EOS range is really good quality and value.
