We purchased an outdoor bench, which arrived recently, some months after placing the order so we have not had much opportunity to use it. The bench is as expected; everything proceeded smoothly with the sale and delivery.

Excellent customer service. Very quick response to questions and kept very well informed of delivery updates. Chairs are extremely well made and look fantastic.

The guys turned up on time, were polite and friendly, did a great job, removed all the packaging and the furniture looks great. I would highly recommend

I bought some stools that were made to order and after waiting 6 weeks for them to be delivered two of them were the incorrect colour, not sure how this happened if they were made to order, return transaction was not as smooth as it could have been.

Great communications with Martha in customer service. Beautiful lamp, arrived well packed and on time.

Very helpful staff organising shipping to Ireland. Very smooth purchase.

Ordered 4 Tri-Space stools, from order to delivery the service was excellent .

The stools are really well made and look great.

Service was excellent. We love the dining chairs and the external dining furniture. It's all looking great and feels very worth the cost.

I bought profile stools, profile chairs a cross extending dining table and a covet desk all in oak.

The quality and design is just brilliant.

I had to wait a couple of months for delivery as I ordered during the sale, but it is really worth the wait as everything about the order and company was seamless.

SmartVan who delivered and assembled were also v good.

First class service.
I was so impressed with the communication and service from the company. Not just emails, but also telephone calls on delivery updates.
The table I ordered was exactly like the photos on the website. Good quality and installed with care by the “white glove service delivery company”.
Would definitely use this company again.
Item was the Dulwich Extending Walnut Large Table.

Amazing service from Case. The furniture itself looks great in our garden, super stylish and practical and is surviving multiple summer parties really well! In terms of delivery and install, Martha and Anna were fantastic, they took a note of our requirements and made sure we were kept up to date. Arrived precisely on the day and time we booked and the team made it immediately usable for us. Thanks so much guys!

I can’t fault the experience when buying a very nice ,outside dining table from the guys at Case furniture.
I was kept well informed throughout the purchase and they had no hesitation allowing a change to my order.
The Eos table was perfect and the exact style the quality I was hoping for.
Their two man team delivered and assembled the table after traveling up from London.
The guys were fantastic and could not have been nicer.
Refreshing to see such great service all round!

Chairs been shipped from UK to Germany in a breeze. Crates in top condition, the content perfectly wrapped and immaculate as the company’s pre- and aftersales service & communication. The chairs are even more beautiful than on the pictures on their webpage. In particular all the details that tell about the great craftsmanship and unique design down to the screws been a real surprise.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Great company with helpful staff. Would recommend and use again

Ordered a pair of outdoor chairs and side table from Case Furniture. The quality of the furniture and its design is excellent. looks great and very comfortable. perfect addition to our balcony. Dealing with the staff at Case was a pleasure

Our stool is beautiful and in top quality - exactly as described. Customer was service and communication was excellent, and delivery was prompt.

Lovely table, excellent build quality and we especially like the fact that you can hide the table extensions within the table...this was not possible on other tables of similar prices that we considered. Delivery service was great too, no complaints.
