My phone case feels really solid and firm, just the sort of protection I was after.
The picture I selected has come out really well, I love it.

Amazing quality, great selection of cases and phones to choose from. Highly recommend. My MIL was delighted with her personalised phone cover of her grandchildren

Shipping was very slow, taking over two weeks to reach me in the UK.

Materials used feel cheap and not of the best quality. Printing is not finished well, with gaps in the ink. Dirty, sticky finger marks are present on the inside of the cover.

On the plus side, the case does fit the device properly, and the print is of a decent quality.

Me llegó un poco tarde, pero ahora sí que dan seguimiento, por las opiniones que he leído aquí parece que antes no lo daban. Hice mi pedido el 21 de agosto y lo recibí hoy 11 de septiembre. Ninguna tragedia pero es mejorable. La funda la fabrican y envían desde Alemania por DHL eCommerce y cuando llega a España es por correo ordinario.

El mayor punto negativo es que como no estaba en mi domicilio y nadie abrió al cartero, el pedido fue depositado en una oficina de correos. La cosa es que tu nombre no queda registrado al pedido y puede darte algún problema si te toca recogerlo en lugar de recibirlo en buzón, pero al final lo encuentran y en el sobre sí figura tu nombre.

La calidad de la funda es buena, un poquito más gruesa de lo que me gustaría pero sin duda se siente resistente. La impresión es buena, mejor de lo esperado. Estoy contento con mi compra, ahora solo falta esperar a ver si en un par de semanas o meses la impresión se mantiene. Actualizaré esta reseña más adelante para comentar esto tanto si es para bien como para mal.

Shipping to Canada is slow due to Customs & Canada Post Delivery it takes a month unfortunately only issue.

Bought a custom IPad case for my dad’s birthday. The picture on the website showed a clear images and it all looked good. When mine arrived it was clear it was cheap material which was awful but also the image on the front was so badly faded you could barely see what it was. I contacted them and they said the image was faded because of the material of the case. I replied back to them with a picture of the case and they never responded to me. Worst £25 I’ve ever spent and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Bad product even worse support team.

Bought a phone case for my Pixel9a, I wanted a design I couldn't find online so I made one myself and ordered it from Case24. So far, it's been complete radio silence on the progress of the delivery. An update was made that says a label was made and it was awaiting USPS. No tracking code was given. I emailed customer service and they did not respond.

i have not received my case it has been 7 days and i haven’t gotten any email about it it dosent even say processing

Excellent product, but I would not have bought it had I known EVRI were to deliver it. It was ordered on 3rd August, completed on 7th, and delivery took seven days, I could have walked there!

I order a case July 28 for my son's birthday, I sent a order number back and still waiting after it said it was shipped again. I like to know where the hell it is or want a refund. Kathleen Pereira August 27 another day still waiting , if I don't get it by tomorrow I want a refund.

Excellent. Fits and everything! So many custom designs don’t do what they say on the tin and you take a chance, Not so with Case 24 !

nu lees ik hier 2/3 wacht en wacht met steeds dezelfde reactie dat het wat langer duurt en 1/3 schrijft snelle levertijd. wou dat ik bij die 1/3 hoorde...

La coque est magnifique et s'adapte parfaitement au téléphone. Seul bémol le délai d'attente est long, probablement dû à leur succès. Service sav répond très vite

Very happy with the quality of the case and the quality of the photo on the case. Highly recommend Case24.
However, Australia Post is terrible. My parcel sat in the processing center in Perth for a whole week before it was delivered.

Great case, prompt delivery

Easy to upload photo and surprised how well the image came out as it was busy and bright. Love the product and will be requesting more orders. Great gift idea.
