I ordered 2 pairs of trainers and only 1 arrived, the packaging wasn’t damaged or opened when I collected it. It’s the only brand of trainers I’ve worn for a long time as they are so comfortable but sadly I won’t ever shop with Carvela again! The customer service was atrocious and I wasn’t reimbursed for the footwear I didn’t receive, apparently nothing could be done as the package had weighed what it was supposed to from warehouse to delivery.

Boots fell apart after three wears, and customer service refused to help
Both heels detached from my Carvela boots after just three wears. They are not fit for purpose.
I raised it with customer service, cited my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and was still told the only option is to travel to a store: a 108-mile round trip. Customers should not bear the cost and inconvenience of a fault they didn't cause. A prepaid postal return is the bare minimum.
I won't be buying from Carvela again, and I'd advise others to think twice.

As the boots were purchased in-store, any inspection or resolution needs to be handled by the original retail store or any other Carvela Free-standing store. Unfortunately, we're unable to provide a returns label, arrange a collection, or accept store-purchased items back at our warehouse for a refund or replacement.

I was surprised to see how hard and uncomfortable the shoes were especially because I own two pairs of similar shoes from carvela.Due to the pattern and decoration the top of the shoe is extremely hard and does not allow my toes to move freely inside ,it is a shame as the shoes are beautiful but extremely uncomfortable to wear.

Nice products, terrible customer service
Nice products but terrible customer service. I ordered several items, one was missing from the delivery. I contacted customer service who made out I was lying and refused to resend or refund the missing item I had paid for.
I kept a couple of items and returned the rest, but only was issued a refund for about half of the items returned. Currently awaiting a reply form Carvela.
Looking at some of the reviews here this is a common problem and I would suggest they take a look at the competence/integrity of their warehouse staff rather than suggesting their customers are dishonest!

Missing item and refuse to acknowledge it
I ordered 2 items, and only received 1 and the customer service has been atrocious. Even though I have sent photos of the package, reported it straight away they refuse to believe me.
My bank have refunded me the money.
I love Carvela shoes and bags, they are beautiful, but I have been left £69 out of pocket and made to feel like a liar so I will never purchase from them again
** after the below reply from Carvella, they sent me a generic email saying they still will not accept that I only received one item. I had to contact my bank to dispute the payment. This is honesltly the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I deeply regret not reading the reviews before I purchased

Extremely disappointing customer service – Parcel never received and no resolution
Extremely disappointed with Carvela. FedEx apparently left my parcel unattended behind a bin in an open, unsecured area. I received no call, text or delivery notification, and Carvela’s tracking page was not working, so I had no way of knowing when the parcel would arrive.
The parcel was not there when I got home. Despite explaining this and providing evidence of the tracking issue, Carvela refused a refund or replacement simply because the courier took a photo.
A photo of a parcel beside a bin does not prove that I received it. I am now having to dispute the payment through Klarna. Very poor customer service and an extremely frustrating experience.

Awful customer service
Awful, brought two bags online but they delivered to the incorrect address and now refusing my refund. The tracking data confirms that the bags were not delivered to the order address and are now refusing to engage further telling me to contact my bank so they can decide if I should get a refund. One if the worse customer service excellence I have experienced. Stay away, you have been warned.
