Recently bought a 2006 Porsche Cayenne turbo. The purchase went through Viktor and the logistics part through Christine. Both understand their profession excellently and keep you well informed about the process. Papers, keys, everything is neatly present and will be sent to you from the other side of the world. Christine remains attentive and involved in the whole process, even when the car is already in the Netherlands. I would buy a car in Japan through Carvector again.

Guten Tag, es vergingen ein paar Monate aber der Japaner ist eingetroffen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden vom Plfegezustand und alles ist so wie Victor es mir beschrieben hatte. Trotz der längeren Wartezeit durch die politischen Ereignisse war die Kommunikation immer vorhanden und Christine hat mich über den aktuellen Stand wöchentlich informiert. Das nächste Auto kommt wieder aus Japan.

Огромная благодарность компании Carvector! Заказывал Mercedes S350 в Германию, автомобиль пришёл быстро и в очень хорошем состоянии. Отдельная благодарность Кристине и Виктору, полное сопровождение и поддержка.

I was purchased Toyota Crown 2007 to Bulgaria. It was my first experience, with much of choices.. But I stoped on CarVector since one guy recomended them. Choice was right :)

Firstly thanks to Evgeniy for a full information about how to and where to deliver the vehicle, answered on all my questions. He laso gave me a contact of russian broker in Germany, so there I haven't any problems in future.

Started to collaborate with company's manager Anton. Nice guy, after 1 week of searchings we looked much of cars, made 3-5 bids, some of them Anton with his trained eyes marked as damaged on the roof, really thanks for that :)

And lastly when I walked with my son in the city park got a message "Congratulations, you've won the Bid ###". I really can't believe when saw that I won car with maximal count of options on which I just was sure that I can't win this lot because of higher price above on my budget. But reality is different :)

Thanks to Kristina, Logistic manager for her help with reservation of place on the Po-Po in this hard-time after covid when no containers avalable and all places are mainly reserved by manufacturers. One problem with CoC certificate also was soluted fast and fine :)

So... Now I have my dream-car in the garage, searching for ways how to register it in Bulgaria but it is another story :)

I have purchased Nissan X-trail from Carvector in January. Overall I’m very happy with the service. Good communication with Christine And she was keeping me up to date with the exporting progress . She was always happy to help and communication was going smoothly.

Servus, mal wieder vergingen paar Monate und der nächste Japaner mit deutscher Herkunft ist eingetroffen. Es ist mittlerweile das 5te Fahrzeug. Ich bin mal wieder happy und alles ist so wie Victor es mir beschrieben hatte. Auch ich war von den Umständen nicht verschont wurden wofür die Firma Carvector nichts kann! Es ist aktuell wegen der Politik alles bissle schwierig dennoch war die Kommunikation immer vorhanden und Christine wie auch Victor hatten immer ein Ohr für mich. Das nächste Auto kommt wieder aus Japan.

Меня зовут Богдан,много интересовался японскими автомобилями и друг рекомендовал купить именно в Японии но в другой кампании,я выбрал Carvector.com и помагал мне етом в Марк ,каторый очень памог мне с выбором и качеством.Кагда купил Honda Vezel Hybrid RS, несмотря на трудности каторые произошли с вайной на Украине от куда я сам родом,транспортировкой автомобиль занималась Кристина,каторая всьо время выслала мне информацию где находится судно и кагда прибудет в Дублин,и все оригиналы документы пришли вовремя с страховкой.Я очень рекомендую таких харошых специалистов и кампанию . It's been always great to work with Carvector and communication is good from time of purchase from Auction to delivery.. But need to be keen on some details incase something is lacking during purchase for the client to be aware by the time of recieving car.. Thanks.

Меня зовут Дмитрий. Приветствую всех кому нравятся японские автомобили. В написании отзыва буду краток так как моя история покупки красавца Крауна в s200 кузове из Японии схожа с другими. Почему из Японии? Потому что в недавнем прошлом владел спецтехникой и автомобилями японского происхождения. И если сравнить со схожими автомобилями у моей Тойоты меньший пробег, лучше комплектация, отличное состояние и самое главное для меня что это именно Тойота. Что касается процесса покупки то ребята из компании Carvector Константин и Кристина всё в плоть до мелочей мне объясняли и подсказывали. В итоге я езжу на красивом, удобном, мощном и самое главное качественном автомобиле и могу рекомендовать компанию Carvector как порядочных людей которые отлично делают свою работу.

Давно задумывался о покупке какой-то экзотической истинно японской машины с двигателем JZ и случайно узнал о CarVector из видео русско-немецкого YouTube блоггера Дениса Рема, где он решил заказать Toyota Aristo. Я внимательно следил за процессом из его видео и в конце концов тоже обратился в данную компанию.

Вся связь осуществлялась простым удобным образом по WhatsApp и при первом контакте мне ответила Олеся, где я вкратце объяснил, чего хочу, а она – как это осуществляется.

Затем уже созвонились и общались более детально с Евгением, где я узнал разные нюансы, примерные расценки, что сколько времени может занять и тонкости по постановке на учёт в Германии.

После первого взноса, подтверждающего серьёзность моих намерений, мы с Константином сразу же начали подбирать по нужным мне параметрам автомобиль. В моём сердце засел Toyota Crown Estate Athlete V JZS171W, естественно, праворульный «чистокровный японец» с легендарным 1JZ-GTE под капотом. Несколько аукционов выиграть не удалось, но спустя какое-то время нам удалось выцепить хороший экземпляр, который соответствовал моим требованиям и, с учётом всех затрат, вкладывался в мой бюджет.

После этого уже меня перенаправили в отдел логистики к Кристине, которая проинформировала меня о дальнейших шагах. Денежным переводом я оплатил сам автомобиль и связанные с транспортировкой расходы вроде перевозки по Японии до порта, погрузки в контейнер и оплаты за судно в Германию. Пока моя машина была в пути, Кристина информировала где судно в данный момент находится.

Незадолго до прихода судна в немецкий порт Бремерхафен со мной связался партнёр компании в Германии, Сергей, который уже приготовил всё для таможни, мне только нужно было поставить подпись на доверенности, чтобы для меня смогли растаможить автомобиль и перевести необходимую для этого сумму. Два ключа и литературу по Крауну Сергей прислал мне по почте.

Далее автомобиль отправился в специальную мастерскую на разного рода переделки чтобы соответствовать локальным дорожным предписаниям и, в итоге, получить немецкие документы. Учитывая, что для наших краёв машина редкая, то это некоторое время заняло.

Но оно того стоило и вот недавно я забрал свою Тойоту и каждый раз получаю удовольствие за рулём, ещё и люди с заметным интересом смотрят, вопросы задают. В общем, красота, моя мечта сбылась. Работой команды CarVector я более чем доволен и хочу им выразить благодарность за столь приятное сотрудничество. На каждом этапе я был в контакте с замечательными, дружелюбными людьми и всегда довольно быстро, даже несмотря на большую разницу во времени, получал ответы на свои вопросы, будь то в текстовой форме, голосовым сообщением или звонком, если надо срочно. Ненапряжённая обстановка и клиентоориентированность на высоте, рекомендую! Если я надумаю привезти ещё одного японца, то вновь обращусь за помощью в CarVector.

PS: Отдельный привет Константину, мне понравилось быть столь вовлечённым в процесс подбора, всё-таки критериев у меня было немало и машин мы пересмотрели много, он постоянно предлагал варианты как на аукционах, так и у дилеров.

Sharing review of my first time experience of a car purchase with Carvector and importation into the United Kingdom. 

Process: I initially contacted Carvector via website about 2 years ago and spoke with Victor, who outlined the process and costs, I could not proceed then due to personal reasons, but when I finally decided to import late last year I knew who I wanted to be my agent. I've transferred bidding deposit and started selecting and making bids in Dec 2021. Just over three months after purchase, the car was delivered to Southampton. The UK side of things - customs clearance, delivery form port, mot and registration are relatively easy to organise yourself. 

Why Carvector: There are a few other agents advertising online/youtube/social media, with similar fees and services, but I'm very glad I went with Carvector:
- great communication via whatsapp - they keep you fully updated at all times and answer messages quickly, almost 24/7 (i don't know how they do it)
- technical expertise: Victor was great in advising on auction process, car technicalities, suggesting lots to look at. Kristina was really on top of the logistics, paperwork and getting car onto a ferry. 
- there were two non standard requests from my side - i was not fobbed off and Carvector did their best to address my concerns. 

Buying from Japan: I did my research to understand the process and set expectations right and i'm happy with the outcome:
- The purchase is on the basis of auction house inspection report and a couple of photos - it is a risk to buy 'unseen' and you rely on the honesty and diligence of the auction house.  
- I was buying an old car, with a higher mileage and grade 3.5, with rust ;) and scratches and it is reflected in the price I chose to bid. The technical and cosmetic condition exceeded my expectations, but obviously I had to do servicing, replace two tyres and interior clean. The car went through MOT/technical inspection without any advisories.   
- Wait time - 3.5months from buying to delivery in the UK + 1-2m for registration - it is a long process so patience and planning ahead is required.
- Some time will be needed to research car models, understand the process and organise UK side of importation. Overall there is noticeable saving to be made vs UK importing dealers and it compensates for the above limitations. 

Result: I have a unique jdm minivan that the whole family likes. My friends and family who were initially sceptical of the idea are now interested in buying themselves. There are plenty of german luxury SUVs on my road, but Vellfire really stands out is a true head turner.

Having purchased two cars more than 6 years ago from carvector with no issues it only made sense to continue using this tried and tested reliable company. From selecting a vehicle, to paying, to shipment, everything is transparent and easy.

I found car vector online, they were very helpful at all stages of the process. Anthony worked really hard to find the right car for my budget and was excellent with communication.
Once we bought the car Christine took over the logistics of getting the car delivered and again was excellent at keeping track of the car and letting me know where it was and when it was due to arrive.
Overall I’d highly recommend carvector and I would absolutely deal with them exclusively in the future.

I collected my car in Dublin port, and was delighted with my purchase, the car looked away better than it did in the photos!
