Second time buying and thay just don’t fail !! Top quality service from seeing a car u want in Japan to seeing it delivered to your door ! Priceless 👌👌

We recently bought a Mitsubishi outlander through JDM auctions and apart from the long wait which I guess is understandable coming from Japan. We were overall very pleased with our purchase.
We dealt with both Patrick and Ross. They were both very helpful and very quick to respond to our queries.
Everything they explained to us during the purchase was completely accurate.
Thanks again Jdm Auctions,Would highly recommend them.

Car took 6 months to arrive.
Poor quality images hid the defects which not declared.
So unexpected long list of replacements:
Door pull handles, start button, headlight switch - all sticky. Lots of plastic under the hood. Headlights with water in them fog lights like shining light through milk bottle.
Front brake discs scored, coolant contaminated. Steering moans - car needs a new rack.
Japanese agent wrote on the windscreen, permanently damaging the surface and this needs polishing out with special jewellers rouge - JDM couldn't care less - not their problem they say!
Subsequently, I has been my problem to even get insurance.
JDM did not give the correct procedure. After 3 days web searching and phoning I finally got it but had to pay double after several more days of shouting at MOT stations to just get an MOT (car passed with advisory on brake discs).
Still not got the cluster converted to UK MPH because once you have your Jap car people take liberties and waste your time - smart when they want to be and plain ignorant/awkward when they see the opportunity to rip off somebody so stupid as to buy a Jap import.
JDM were no help, always slow to reply and never any real help at any point after getting my money.
How unhelpful - imagine an Irish Ferrari dealer.
I got the impression they have heard all these complaints before but couldn't care less.

I now know how to do this but no thanks to JDM.
I know not to use them again.

They will probably reply but if they really cared they wouldn't write paint pen on windscreens and would provide the correct information and support.

I bought a Land Cruiser Prado at auction late last year. Unbelievable service. I dealt with Ross from the start, test drove a few similar ones they had in stock but none of them were the spec I wanted.

No pressure to buy one of those. Worked with me to source the spec I wanted at auction. Fantastic service overall - delighted with the car that I’ve bought.

Brought in a Toyota Estima at the tail end of 2025. Patrick sourced the car for me and he found me a peach.Found Patrick and Ross very easy to deal with.Condition of the car was exceptional and apart from a few minor details that Patrick was very helpful sorting out i could not have wished for better.I would advise anyone to confirm the VRT total beforehand as mine worked out a lot dearer than discussed.I would highly recommend this company

Patrick and the team at JDM were very professional and easy to deal with throughout the entire importation process for my Toyota Sienta. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to import a car from Japan.

Bought a car from JDM auction watch collected it in great condition as advertised ! No hidden charges & all paperwork was in order was very hassle free and a very friendly service!

I would highly recommend JDMAuctionWatch. Patrick was so helpful with all his knowledge and experience.

I got in contact with Brendan from JDMAW and he helped me import a car that I spotted online located in Japan. It was so hassle free and easy that I decided to import a second car, right after buying the first one! I was very worried because I knew nothing about importing but he always answers every question I have and helps me with every step. I will definitely be buying more cars in the future with JDMAW. Highly recommend 👍

Highly recommended .

Very good experience exactly what I expected no problems and 100% trust worthy

As a first timer in the importing scene and everything involved with shipping a vehicle across the world, I was nervous and had a lot of questions about the entire process. Patrick and the team over at JDM Auction Watch did everything perfectly and couldn't have made the entire process any easier. From answering all of my question quickly and without confusion, to being a helping hand throughout, you can defiantly trust and be confident in going through them. The team defiantly is not just a business, but enthusiast as well, and really care about the quality of work and vehicles they are sending out. If the opportunity presents itself again, I will defiantly be using JDM AW for importing needs.

Oh, JDMAutionWach, you're a star! Thanks for delivering my dream car right on time and in spotless condition. I couldn't be happier with the service. You guys deserve a standing ovation! 5 stars all the way! Thank you, Patrick, and the entire JDMAW team for making my car-buying experience unforgettable. I'll definitely recommend you to all my fellow car enthusiasts. Keep up the great work! Vroom vroom!

I've bought 2 cars through Patrick and the team. Extremely helpful and very responsive. Highly recommend

Great service. Everything was made clear to me from the beginning. I always got a quick response from Patrick and his team. The vehicle arrived in excellent condition.
A pleasure to deal with!

I was looking at brining in a Ae111 GT Corolla and had asked about one or two that came up at auction. The first auction I bid on unfortunately didn’t meet reserve but Patrick said he knew of one for sale at a dealer that he thinks is better. He was not wrong. Car ended up being much more original and in immaculate condition. I will definitely be a returning customer in the future. All the crew at JDM auction made it a breeze to import a car.

Couldn't fault the service Patrick provides. He was very helpful the whole way through. The car he sourced me I knew was good when I saw the photos before it was shipped but was completely blown away when I saw it in person when it landed in Ireland. Would recommend anyone looking to import a car to go JDM AW.

As somebody who has never imported a car before i was a little scared about where to start. The first time i contacted JDMauctionwatch i knew that i was in good hands. I sent a picture of a car that i wanted in the UK to Patrick but he told me not to bother with it as he spotted a lot of rust in it via the photos. He then sent me a link to a website for cars on the continent and told me to email him when i spotted a car that i liked, after a few weeks i did just that and Patrick took care of the rest. Everything was sorted and the car was delivered to my door. I'm so glad that i took Patrick's advice in considering a Left Hand Drive car as so many classic Italian cars have succumbed to rust here in Ireland and the UK. I'd love to get another classic Italian car again in the future and if i do see something that i'd like to import to Ireland then Patrick and his team at JDMauctionwatch will be the company that i shall be using. Top class service from start to finish.

I have been more than happy with the service provided by JDMAUCTIONWATCH and I plan to use their services again in the future.
