Carter & Willow is the best estate agent in Dagenham. After having 3 different valuations i decided to choose Adam. They sold my house quickly and for much more money than i was expecting!

The process was very smooth and the communication was amazing!

I have recently sold my House using Carter Willow.After speaking to several estate agents I was most impressed with Adam’s sales pitch for using Carter and Willow and decided to use them.After completing the paperwork I was most impressed with Endrit’s drive and determination in arranging an open house at short notice and giving me the heads up on the bids that had been placed on the house.As a Negotiator Endrit was superb in agreeing the best sale price for the house which I was happy with.He kept me informed on the progress of the sale and along with Louise I was comfortable that the sale would go through without any hitches.I would have no hesitation in using Carter and Willow if I decide to move again in the future.

Carter & Willow just sold my house!

I have lived in the Dagenham for 54 years and have been extremely nervous about moving but Carter and Willow have been nothing but helpful throughout. Not only did they sell my property within a reasonable amount of time they have also been amazing at assisting me in my purchase.

The estate agent will inflate your house price at the beginning to draw you in and get you on there books.
Viewings slow then after a few weeks they will advise you to drop the price.
When my time with them was coming to a end I got a call saying someone was interested and made a offer.
Then they went all out to push more people through the door.
Waited 7 weeks and still no progress with the potential buyer and I believe it was made up to keep my house on there books for a little longer.
With another estate agent now, with realistic house price and still not heard about this so called buyer.

Breach of customer data protection and privacy!! AVOID… amateur letting agents.

I just completed on the sale of my flat with Carter and Willow and found the team (Asa, Rosie and Sonja) brilliant to work with and very responsive. I did have my original buyer pull out, but this was not their fault at all and they supported me throughout the process and secured a new buyer within a couple of weeks. I ended up with a couple of offers, none exactly what I wanted, but CW took time to talk me through the positives and negatives of each option to help me find the best buyer. I would definitely use them again and recommend CW to others.

Came to them as I generally preferred smaller local estate agents as I feel you get a better tailored service.

My flat went on the market at the same time as two other flats pretty much identical elsewhere in the development also on the market with different estate agents So you'd expect everything to go to fairly similar rate. While they were flooded with viewings (and sold fast) Carter and Willow managed to produce almost none for over a month! I ended up having to slightly chew that out about the delay, and then suddenly, There were a load of viewings.
An offer appeared which fell through (not entirely their fault poorly behaved buy to let landlord agreeing to multiple sales and then pulling out, of all but one although they did stress the time and effort they put into checking up on people to make sure they are reputable and in this case clearly failed)

Then I had to put the property off the market for a couple of months (a not their fault).

I decided to give them another go when it was ready to go back on the market as they had started to be effective and speedy after id given them a push, but then I was back in the same cycle where despite being in the middle of a massive spike in demand they've managed to arrange a trickle of viewings (managed I think 3-4 in over two weeks).

I have a sneaking suspicion this may be as they are quite unresponsive, when we tried calling them up they where often not around, and could take days to get back to emails (strange for an industry where you tend to need to act very fast).they also told us when we first put the property back on the market they’d had a run of 4 enquiries but then it seems take them over a week to finish qualifying them!

I was concerned whether I was being fair to them and whether it was just difficult market but in the end I moved from them to a different agent. In a week the new agent had 20 viewings and 3 credible offers which a few days later translated into acceptable final offer which I accepted so I’m pretty confident in saying the long delays is the fault of Carter Willow not a tricky market

I’m particularly frustrated as the delays I suffered from trusting them look like they’ve just pushed me over the threshold to benefit from the stamp duty holiday, so relying on them has likely cost me thousands of pounds.

Finally just a word of warning if you look at some other sites and notice a run of really good reviews, I posted effectively the same view on Google and have had it flagged (I assume by Carter Willow) and is no longer visible so I suspect their trying to hide negative reviews.

They wanted me to email my personal details, eg bank statements to their email address even though they were not interested in my offer.

My estate agent was great. He always responded to my emails very quickly and was good at keeping me updated with any new developments (on the seller’s side).

I have purchase a house and I am very happy with the services I have received from the team .

I did my homework , checked all estate agencies and chose Carter &Willow . More than Happy with my choice . Asa looked after our house while we rented it and helped us to sell it . Really pleased with the tenants they found for us and managed to sell our within a month .
Great service ,land communication.

I have just completed on a house using Carter Willow, The problem I had when selecting an estate agent is that I live 224 miles from the house and the fact that I don't trust estate agents ( or solicitors ) made this a difficult task, my only guide was to trust the reviews and I am glad I did, Asa and his team went above and beyond in the handling of the sale, email's responded to quickly even out of hours. I was kept well informed at all stages (In fact things that the solicitor should have been informing me of were being passed on by Asa and his team first) nothing was to much trouble. So do I trust estate agents now, ermmm no, do I trust Carter Willow OH YES. I highly recommend these days, one last thing the house went on sale Thursday, sold Saturday. Well done and thanks you Asa for all you did.
