Filled the form in online - got a call really quickly and dealt with a lovely lady called Chelsea from Davies Salvage.
Lukasz came and collected my car today, it was all very straightforward and quick. Would highly recommend.

Really smooth transaction from start to finish! I received a phone call the next morning after accepting my quote and they arranged for my car to be collected a few days later. A really helpful and friendly chap picked my car up and went through the paperwork bits very efficiently with me and I received my payment later that same day. Would 100% use again, thank you! ☆

Arrived during the timeslot they said. Kept me updated with arrival time. Quick and smooth process when they arrived to collect the car. Very polite and courteous and explained process well. Payment into bank account was quick, within a few hours. They were the best price for my car.

Care Take Back was quick, efficient & gave me the quote for my car on the spot. They made taking my car so easy! I would highly recommend them.

Was quoted £1600 for my car after inputting all relevant details- condition, MOT info, mileage, etc etc. Accepted the quote. Had a call the next day in which I confirmed that all was as I had submitted, and told that that was great and someone would be in contact to arrange pickup. Later that afternoon got a call saying actually they would only offer £203 and when would I like to arrange pickup. Absolutely absurd!! Was told that the quote was only to get my details, and that I could take it or leave it. Horrendous service. Cannot recommend.

Completed the form online, accepted the quote, had a phone call 20 minutes later, Josh from Five star auto salvage was very friendly on the phone, sent photos across, appointment booked, kept informed at every stage, and car collected today and money transferred within 10 minutes, incredible service! Have recommended on to others already! Can’t fault the service at all

Great, fast, efficient, professional service received from CarTakeBack when disposing of my old vehicle recently. Originally got a quote online and then called CarTakeBack and left a message - a friendly guy from the company called straight back within minutes to discuss how the process worked, took bank account info etc, and arranged collection of the vehicle from my home address within a few short days. I was kept informed at every stage throughout the whole process, via numerous emails and phone calls. The driver called once he was 35 minutes away, he was really friendly, approachable, polite and courteous, and engaged in friendly and light hearted banter with my husband - a really great guy. Car was collected on the Tuesday, and the money was immediately deposited into our bank account on the Wednesday - no problems or issues whatsoever, just a really great customer experience and a first class service received. The price I was quoted online was the actual price we received - no ifs or buts. After collection the company then followed up with a further 2 emails - 1 advising that we would need to contact the DVLA to inform them (if we hadn't already done so), and the 2nd email provided us with a Certificate of Destruction to keep for our records, just in case we needed to prove to anyone we had disposed of our vehicle correctly, and it also advised we would automatically receive a refund of any outstanding car tax. In summary, I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to dispose of their old vehicle - it was most definitely hassle and stress free, and the service could not have been any better. If there were more companies like CarTakeBack, then the world would be a far better place. Thank you so much for all your help and assistance - it was very much appreciated.

They are 100% legitimate. Within less than a week of me receiving my initial quote, they’d collected my car. Money in the bank the same day. The customer service team are fantastic and the young man who collected my car was friendly and helpful, took less than 10 minutes and he advised me on what to do next. Thank you so much.

I saw good reviews and so gave Car Take Back a go. I had bad experiences in the past with a company that promises to ‘buy any car’ and so was a little apprehensive about using something like this.
I shouldn’t have worried as the process and the level of customer care was excellent. A lovely Scottish man called me and checked everything before arranging a time slot. Another genuine and friendly man picked the car up a few days later and money was in my account by end of the day.
No dishonest haggling or sales tactics. I would 100% recommend.

Great service, arrived at time stated with a pre phone call. Cash was in the bank within an hour or so once the courier got back to the depot. Would definitely use again. Not to mention the great price I got also !!

Really surprised at how easy this was. Applied online, they called back same day. Arranged a pick up following week. Driver called me an hour before and he arrived and collected the car. Payment done same day and really pleased at what I got for my old car. Would recommend very highly. Big shout out to the pick up driver for his help.
