We had a great experience with Carsa, Moh from Bradford and the whole team were really welcoming and friendly. We really appreciated being able to test drive the car unaccompanied and under no pressure. There are a range of sales support available including extended warranties, interior protection and alloy insurance. Moh was really transparent about the inspection report and car health checks. We would definitely consider purchasing from Carsa in the future!

Jack was so helpful and clear, really put me at ease and explained everything really well. All round positive experience with getting a vehicle and really attentive staff.

Brilliant service and lots of support and information provided from Moh at the Bradford branch of Carsa, we have purchased our son's first car at a fantastic price and condition. The first visit was a little chaotic, I had an appointment to test drive a vehicle but the staff were that busy I didn't get to drive the car and left.
Second visit was better the salesman was courteous and very helpful and couldn't do enough for me. The collection of the car was also a good experience.

I arranged a viewing of a vehicle in Bradford, When I got there the vehicle had damage that was not highlighted in the images prior to viewing it, The manager said it is strictly sold as seen, before i made my mind up to take the vehicle or not I asked the salesman to confirm they would honour the value I was offered online , he said no we never offer the price you get online as it is AI. without even looking at my car he said it would probably be about £1500 less than i had been quoted, safe to say I walked away and bought somewhere else. I would say don't bother using Carsa if you want to trade your current vehicle in

Following on from my recent complaint about how they ruined my car by applying ceramic paint protection to a matte car (stupid, I know) I want to expand on the story. Following the complaint and bad review the company ‘attempted’ to solve the issue. However, they weren’t willing to provide me with an adequate loan car whilst the car was going to be ‘attempted’ to be repaired. This would have been a respray and they wouldn’t provide me with a timeframe that was without the car. Following on from this and after weeks of back and forth, they had decided to settle the issue by unwinding my finance. I had received my money back in due course. However, the customer service was the worst I have ever experienced.

I write this email to warn you that they are selling the car again, with evidently the same issues on the paint work as you can see on the pictures. Avoid this company and do not buy a car from them ever. Bad service, poor understanding of their own cars and products, lastly just all round typical tyre kickers!

Mushi was brilliant, helpful throughout all the transactions. Went through every detail and made it smooth and easy. Would def recommend him if you go to Carsa for a new, used or part exchange car

Absolutely disgraceful customer service – dishonest, disrespectful and stressful. Avoid.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

I paid a reservation fee for a vehicle, but when the finance could not be processed, the purchase was cancelled. I contacted the company the same day to request my refund and was told it had been processed and would take up to 10 working days to reach my account.

After waiting the full 10 working days, I called back only to be told that the refund had never actually been processed. I had been given completely incorrect information, leaving my money blocked and causing unnecessary financial inconvenience.

Because I had already been misled once, I simply asked for proof that the refund request had actually been processed this time, whether by email or SMS. It was a straightforward and reasonable request.

Instead of listening, the agent repeatedly asked, "What proof?" even after I explained several times that I wanted confirmation that the refund had been submitted. When I said I was happy to stay on the call while they sent the confirmation, the agent sarcastically questioned me, asking, "Why do you want to wait?" and kept repeating the same questions instead of listening to what I was saying.

The conversation became increasingly frustrating. The agent spoke to me sarcastically, repeatedly asked for the same information I had already provided, and seemed more interested in arguing than helping. After I explained again that I only wanted confirmation because I had lost trust after being given false information, the agent responded in an irritated tone and sarcastically said they would send it by the end of the day.

What made the experience even worse was that I felt threatened with having the call ended. The agent repeatedly interrupted me, put words in my mouth, claimed I was not listening when in fact they were ignoring my concerns, and ultimately hung up on me—not once, but twice.

At no point did anyone genuinely apologise for giving me incorrect information, delaying my refund, or the distress they caused. Instead, I was treated with a complete lack of respect and empathy.

This entire experience has caused me financial inconvenience because my money has been unnecessarily tied up. More importantly, it has caused me significant stress and anxiety. I already have health issues, and the way I was spoken to and dismissed made the situation even more upsetting.

If this is how they treat someone asking for a simple refund confirmation, I have serious concerns about how they treat customers generally. I have completely lost trust in this company and would never recommend them to anyone. There are far better businesses that understand honesty, professionalism and basic respect for their customers.
