Airport Transfer - Wahid
My company booked my transfer to Heathrow airport and Wahid’s service was exceptional. What originally began as a stressful journey immediately turned into comfort from Wahid’s accommodating service - providing water and a phone charger upon my arrival. It was a pleasure having Wahid and I would most definitely recommend!

Driver was late
Driver was late, did not notify me he was going to be 16 minutes late as I would have taken uber at half the cost of Carrot Car. Barely made it onto eurostar in time and I had allowed 46 minutes to get to train and normal time is 33 minutes.

Situations like this are very unusual for us, which is why we take them seriously.

Tube strike in London and I needed to go to King’s Cross for a train to Newcastle. Driver did everything humanly possible to get us there on time despite the awful traffic. He was super helpful. I got the train with 1 minute to spare so thank you!!

Everything was okay
Everything was beyond okay. The driver wasn't exactly at the address but was waiting just around the corner and had a good explanation why. We felt very comfortable in the car and the journey was smooth. Also, the communication with the company was prompt and the phone call went well. Highly recommended.

We had a good experience with Carrot Cab.
The fee for our ride from near Covent Garden to Heathrow was very reasonable- much less than we expected. The car was clean. The driver arrived on time and he was very pleasant without being intrusive. He drove safely and got us to the airport on time.
