It's always a joy when your Carrot Car driver arrives bang on time (4.30am) and just at that moment the heavens open and it pours with rain. The driver leapt out if the car took our bags off us whilst we stayed under cover then opened the car door one at a time to ensure we kept as dry as possible. Clean car inside. Great driver. Always highly recommend Carrot cars. Thank you!

Amazing and professional

I booked my car service to and from the airport before I left for my trip to London as well as a car service for a day trip within London. All the drivers were wonderful- their driving didn’t scare me like can happen with random uber drivers. The cars were clean too and I really liked their orange tie making them easy to spot. They were always on time and it was nice knowing I didn’t have to worry about being picked up.

After I’d get dropped of at my location I’d get a message with a credit on my account for future use but since I pre-booked everything I didn’t know how to use them.

If you want to tip your driver you can do it on the app but need to
Do it day of. I thought I tipped one of the drivers but looking back I hadn’t and there was no way for me to
Go back and add it. I also tipped the wrong amount for one driver (I didn’t have my readers on) and I couldn’t change it.

I will definitely use them again if I return to London.

We had a hiccup on the way to the airport. Our baby was sick but the driver stopped near his office and changed the seat. The journey went really well and our driver was really polite and friendly. Thank you, Alomgir, for making our journey comfortable.

Expensive but worth it. Comfortable, friendly and helpful. We ordered two sizes of child seats and they where perfect, clean and well maintained.
We came with a lot of stuff and our driver was amazing, helped us load everything in and drove carefully not to damage our arrangements. Could not ask for a better service!

Our driver Wahid 042 was prompt, polite, and exceeded our expectations in every way! We left a piece of luggage at baggage claim and he waited patiently for us to collect it. Upon arriving at our destination, it was raining and he held an umbrella for each of us as we got out of the car. A true gentleman!

I had an excellent experience with Carrot Cars. Wahid was very friendly and made it a very comfortable experience with water and charging ports available. The car was very comfortable. The service, booking process and entire journey was very smooth. Will definitely be booking again!

Booked two cars to pick us up after our wedding. One car arrived 5 min early, and took some of our wedding party.
The second car didn't arrive, called and the driver kept saying he couldn't find the church, and that he'd parked nearby. In the end, bride and groom had to walk in the rain and only luckily ran into the first driver again to be taken rest of the way.

The driver was punctual - good at 7.00 am - and friendly. He reacted well to a blocked street in Pimlico so we still got to Heathrow in good time with no fuss. He helped with luggage and explained to me where to go.
