HIce un pedido el mes de Abril y a fecha 12 de julio no se nada del pedido, lo peor es que les he enviado varios email y no contestan a ninguno.
No compren nada en esta tienda creo que las autoridades francesas deberian hacer algo y cerra esta tienda que es un timo

It's really outrageous and actually fraudulent. I ordered something myself a few months ago and it took three weeks for the goods to be shipped also I had to contact them myself because I didn't receive any message from them.
Also my husband wanted to surprise me for my birthday. He ordered many items in May and nothing has arrived yet. He wasn't contacted either and now they're saying the order will be cancelled because it's out of stock. I can't understand… how is that possible? The order was placed weeks ago. I told my husband to refund the money. Since I've read so many bad reviews, this should be reported to the police. Luckily, my husband paid with Amazon Pay and was able to report the situation. Thanks to „buyer protection“ Amazon refunded the money after a week.

Placed an order for a large amount in November 2023 and never received the items in the US. It took two months to receive a response that the package was being shipped soon. No tracking info was given and the package was never received. Four months later I was finally given the tracking information and it shows La Poste encountered an error and then immediately marked as delivered. USPS still shows it never received the package and only a label was created. Caroline stated she would give a refund in April and was going to open an investigation. That never happened and I have been battling for my refund. Fraud reports have been filed for this seller. I was advised by PayPal that her account is restricted due to claims activity. That might be why she moved on to Amazon Pay.

I've ordered twice now from this website and the first time they had to refund me as they didn't have the two items I ordered in stock. I then decided to give them one more try and placed an order and two weeks later, I was again refunded. Pointless placing orders if they do not have items in stock. I would not recommend and will not use again.

Une commande effectuée et aucun envoi. Heureusement que j’ai réglé par paypal. Aucune je dis bien aucune réponse de leur part suite aux mails envoyés pour savoir quand serait envoyé la commande. Un mois plus j’ai abandonné et demandé le remboursement par paypal.

I ordered 28 Nov ... still waiting!! I have emailed; tried to contact via their website and even called them - no response!! I'll now have to contact the bank to see if I can get my money back (probably unlikely as it's been nearly 4 mths) ... I left it so long because I thought Xmas and new year etc - they had also made a mistake on my invoice and overcharged me so I was emailed about that initially (no response of course) .... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Si c'était possible je ne laisserai aucune étoile.
Article jamais reçu (plus de 100e avec les frais de port), communication très brève et anonyme (jamais de signature) au début puis silence radio.
Pas de remboursement, pas de solution proposée bref pas honnête car l'argent a bien été empoché et l'article jamais envoyé.

Absolutely awful company! Non existent customer service! Avoid at all costs! I ordered 04/12. Order was apparently shipped on the 28/12 minus a spirit jersey that was cancelled, most likely because they under priced it wrong on the website at guess as it was pretty cheap for what it was. I also checked the item after it was cancelled and it was still available for purchase but priced significantly higher. My order never arrived, tracking wasn’t recognised. I sent numerous emails and messages even tried their Facebook account my message was ignored and my comment just deleted. I don’t recommend that you order from them under any circumstances! If you’re wanting to purchase stuff from the parks then find one of the amazing groups on Facebook who will actually send your order and won’t try rob you blind. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This is the worst company on the web don’t order if in uk you never get your items and they never message you back should be taken off the web.

le site est super jusque là pas vraiment de soucis je l'aime beaucoup mais ce pendant je met malheureusement une étoile sur cinq pour le manque de professionnalisme de ces dernier je veux bien concevoir que c'est une petite entreprise et que nous sommes tous humain et que cela ne doit pas être évident de gérer des commande de partout mais ce pendant faut pas ce payer ma tête quand je désire plus ample information sur ma commande ou un article en stock personne n'est là pour vous répondre que ce soit anciennement sur Ebay ou sur son site internet car laissez moi vous dire qu'avec une personne proche de mon entourage nous avons fait une commande suffisamment élevée en début décembre 2023 pour être encore à ce jour sans nouvelle du colis comme dis plus haut je veux bien concevoir certaine chose mais je ne suis pas d'accord de trouver un service à la clientèle aussi pitoyable que cela je connais des small buisiness bien plus compétant qu'eux pour répondre au mail ou ne serais ce que par téléphone donc si vous voulez pas perdre votre temps et votre argent ne faite surtout pas des grosse commande qui dépasse les 150 euros avec livraisons car vous avez plus de chance de jamais y recevoir que d'autre commande passer après avec plus petit montant et une dernière chose si vous avez le malheur d'annuler une commande n'attendez pas sur elle qu'elle vous rembourse si vous n'avez pas payer par PayPal

I placed an order in December due to finding this website which had items that I had been looking for. Was told items were going to be shipped, no tracking details were ever provided by them. Have emailed numerous times now and no replies at all from them. I have now had to contact my bank to try claim money back.

I wish I had of seen these reviews on here before I had ordered anything.

For anyone who is considering ordering off this website, please don't and just avoid. Try to find someone else more genuine to actually pick items up for you that you know and trust.
AVOID USING THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COST!

Avoid!! Placed order for £185+ on 9th Dec 2023, apparently shipped on 12th Dec 2023, no tracking info given - emailed & messaged company numerous times over the proceeding weeks requesting tracking info - no response whatsoever - just had bank reclaim payment as goods were never received. Don't waste your time.

I never ordered from here before I was not sure if it was a scam but took a chance then 18 days later I received the order very happy with the item I will order from them again

In July 2022 I ordered from this webshop. Even though the items were overpriced as compared to the prices in the parks, the availability of special products which were not to be found in Disneyland Paris anymore made me want to pay the extra bit happily. Even though I knew this company is a merchandise scalper, I really wanted the items.
It took some weeks before I first reached out, since I haven’t heard anything about my order. I figured it was just a busy summer. Getting in touch was extremely difficult. I tried the social media accounts, the webshop client service and almost never got a reply. As soon as I posted something on a FB post I got a reply. All replies were vague and without action. Many months passed, and all of the sudden in the end of February 2023 I received a request to write a review on the products I purchased. Inwas shocked, as I had received nothing. My order status in my online account changed to “shipped”; I never received any tracking information. This was also lacking in my online account. Again I reached out numerous times, but never received answers. Thus I wrote reviews, which were negative. They of course never reached the site, as the host needed to approve. Easy way to get 5 star reviews exclusively… today I openly posted on FB and IG, and of course I was immediately blocked.
Bad products, bad client service and I can only warn you to not buy at this webshop!
