I find it easy to do this diet as I love all meat, cheese, and eggs. What I don't like is not being able to eat nuts and fruit. Also, you sent me a contact name that I could email to ask questions, but for some reason I can't find it. Could have something to do with being IT stupid must be the old age. Please forward a contact that I can email and ask questions. I have been doing it a week and lost 3.5 Kg, or in your terms 7 pounds.
