Disappointed with the payment
My wife has created an account with them, then paid 20 pounds for the first 2 months or so. After that period the have charged us 40 odd pounds. They haven't sent any remainder of the following payment. She wanted to cancel this subscription for a while. Is there any chance we can get the last payment back as she hasn't even used your products etc..?
