I found the car on autotrader and contacted Carlingo via text. From the start the whole process was made very simple by the sales staff. Offered a good part ex and arranged finance. On arrival at the garage the next day, the car was well presented, only slight criticism was the engone bay could of been more detailed.
Other than that everything went smooth and Im really happy with the car.

We had seen a Peugeot 3008 so booked an appointment with Josh to go see this. Very friendly and polite welcome when we arrived. He was very helpful and great customer service. We bought the car and the hand over team were also friendly and helpful. Our experience was that good we went back the week after and purchased another car! I would definitely recommend Carlingo, all the cars are in such good condition.

A huge amount of stock to choose from. Stuart who dealt with our enquiry was polite and knowledgeable.

I would rate the experience 9/10. The only reason it’s not a full 10 is because we had a slight issue with the car while driving it home. However, we took it to a garage and Carlingo covered the cost without any hassle, which really showed how trustworthy they are.

The only area for improvement would be a little more attention to detail. This relates to the issue with the car and the interior cleanliness. The car was clean overall, but a few small touches would have made it feel 100%.

Overall, a very positive experience and I would happily recommend Carlingo to others.

From start to finish, all the staff at Carlingo were lovely and helpful. They didn’t put any pressure on people looking round the cars but was always there if you needed to ask a question! Amy was so helpful on my test drive and buying my car!! Joey was so helpful too at handover!! The experience had been nothing but a happy stress free experience!

The staff are: Super friendly, Knowledgable about the cars and not at all pushy in the sales pitch.
The cars are fairly priced and beautifully presented.

Bought a car from this lot overall experience was good but soon as I drove the car home found problems with rear grip and tyres wrongly inflated plus grinding brakes. Took car for a health check came back with rear tyres close to legal limit plus rear brakes corroded and warped causing brake fluctuatuon. Carlingo states the car is fine and will not replace the items, this will be an ongoing problem and now have to seek legal advice , Carlingo should be ashamed how your not dealing or hepling with this issue my advice is don't buy fron this dealer, I have a 3 year old that was to travel in this car but not safe enough, £22,000 for a car that needs tyres and brakes at a cost of around £1400, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE. CarLingo as to ypur response to this review as expected you would say this but again these details should have been an MOT advisory given me the customer a chance to no . An EV 4x4 needs tyres better than what you sold and brakes are unsafe. Car cannot be driven with my 3 year old child inside as dont trust the grip ,SHOCKING DEALER EXPERIENCE

Lovely team and very helpful .. my only complaint was that I bought an electric car from you and it was only on half charge ( didn’t realise until we set off) we didn’t have enough battery to get home as we live quite far away and had to divert to a charging port

I visited Carlingo after reviewing cars on their web site.
Plenty of choice, and sales people were really helpful, but left you alone until you approached them.
This reflects the whole refreshing approach of not trying any hard sell.
