Keith was supportive throughout the process. I was not too knowledgeable about the car finance process and I found the team at Carfinancerus informative, helpful, flexible and allowed me to be happy about my purchase even with my last minute change along the way. Post purchase Keith has also followed up any pending issues giving me assurance and continued customer support.

Had an absolutely amazing experience…
Had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. I was a bit nervous about the finance process, but Leon made it incredibly simple and smooth. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and helped me find a deal that fit my budget perfectly. The whole process was stress-free and much faster than I expected.
In addition, Sully was very helpful when I had an issue with the vehicle.

Communication is poor. I have been trying to make complaints about a vehicle I have had through you. And just keep getting told to stay close to my phone to wait for a call back. And you never call back. Happened numerous times. Still waiting now.
