Carers Card UK Anmeldelser 

I paid for my Carers Card at the end of June 2026 and have never received my card. I have emailed them four or five times about this and they keep saying I'll send you another one out in the post give it 10 days to arrive, it's now 30th August and I'm still waiting for it to arrive, I asked if they had the correct address and re-sent it to them but they said they were sending it to that sddress.
Today I got a email from PayPal saying Carers Card have refunded my money, well that will help me very much,
Wish I hadn't wasted my time on this company.
I did give them another chance to rectifie this as they asked me to and let them send it to my daughter's home address as she had no trouble with getting her card but it still never turned up, proving it's not the post it's the company
Haven't changed my mind on this company.

Had a carers card for almost a year and I'm enjoying looking for days out and experiencing events to take myn89 yr old dad whom.i card for.

I have only just received my membership card and the process was amazingly simple and very efficient. Activating the card was easy too - not something I can say about the world in which I now find myself! I am hopeful that the Carers Card will offer a little sunshine in our lives.

Was put intouch with the carers card through my daughters mental health team very helpful and supportive

I have been a carer for my husband for a number of years I get a lot of useful information and can save money with offers also

Hello I've been career for 50 years both for my daughter and working in the community as home care plus care homes I'm retired now from paid work, as I'm 75
3 years ago I needed chemotherapy for blood cancer and needed to be care for during treatment by my other daughter I have just renewed my careers card after year break , having support around me and my daughters through the card with services discounts thank you hugs to great idea and card

A friend recommended this card to be being a carer to my Adult Daughter and so I applied. It was so easy to complete the form and was really surprised at how very quickly my card was delivered. I uploaded the app as directed and was amazed and really happy with all the different things I will be able to use the card for and get free or great discounts when accompanying my daughter out.
I would highly recommend getting one.

Firstly I must say how impressed I was with my application, I did it on the Wednesday and received my card on the Saturday. Excellent service.
I have just had a very enjoyable day out at Althelhampton house in Dorset with my friend who i care for where carers get in free.

Carers card is great for people who care for others with special needs like my boy. I am happy with the card due to helping us get days out aswell

I absolutely love the carers card. I never knew anything about it until I saw an ad on Facebook. I’m my husband’s full time carer and it’s lonely and emotionally draining as well as looking after our 3 year old daughter. The discounts are amazing and come in handy. The application was straight forward.

I’ve recently started using Carers Card UK and I honestly think it’s a fantastic idea.

I signed up for the carers card and received my card yesterday. It was very easy to sign up and I am more than happy as I am an unpaid carer to my son who suffers mental health problems , and I also work part time as a support worker. Carers card uk have a link where you can talk to someone 24 hrs a day and I did use this today and it was most helpful. So thank you to this amazing site for giving me this opportunity to belong.
