Even free entry for the carer with your caree to attractions around the uk. This has enouraged us to take a few trips, we might not have done.

I haven't started using the card fully yet as I am quite new to the carers scheme. I have scrolled though the different discounts and support offered is truly amazing and I can't wait to start using them

I get noticed now as a carer ,I have my card on me all the time and I never new about it ,I can use it in shops and it helps me so much ,I now I can use it for other things too but I've only had a few weeks so I need to get use to having it.

This card brings a little light to otherwise dark days of exhaustion and frustration! I've used it to buy reduced price gift cards to treat myself to a coffee, or a few naughty extras when doing the grocery shopping! I love the giveaway rooms - the only thing I'd change is the number of participants (this week is 1000 making it harder to win!). Sometimes you forget to be kind to yourself when the pressure's on - this card helps to remind me that I'm important too!

The customer service was very good,and my enquire was deal with promptly.I am very happy with the service I received.

I am amazed at how much help there is for carers on the app, if you need to chat let off steam, there is a friendly advisor you can speak to or you can chat with other users that are possibly going through the same as yourself. When you are using the app it makes you feel welcomed

Great card the app is amazing , gives you great deals, lots of information. Being a carer is hard , having the app& card is a great way to learn and share knowledge would definately recommend.

The card arrived promptly and was easy to activate. I find this service much more usable than the other types and widely accepted. The app is extremely helpful with many interesting topics and wellness tips. Great work 👍 highly recommended.

I found out about this card by chance, I’d never heard of it before. I think it’s amazing how unpaid carers like myself are finally recognised and can access a large amount of discounts and free tickets with the carers card, available for a small fee. I highly recommend this card and the app

The Carer's Card has been suggested to Mr by my GP. As I care for my mother and my little boy.

The most important benefit of having the card is that I have something on me which, in case of anything happening to me, would allow 2 key people to be contacted and provides names of the people I care for. This is amazing for a peace of mind.

The second major benefit is the carer discount I have benefited from in several places for my little boy, especially some of the science museums, which would have been too prohibitive, had it not been for the card.

There are many useful articles on the site and an ability to put together an emergency plan - which will be useful for some.

The least effective benefit is the discounts - you have to watch that the product isn't already offered at the proposed price elsewhere. I often find what is offered are poorer version of the more effective products.

The first two benefits, however, make the card extremely valuable!

I paid for my Carers Card at the end of June 2026 and have never received my card. I have emailed them four or five times about this and they keep saying I'll send you another one out in the post give it 10 days to arrive, it's now 30th August and I'm still waiting for it to arrive, I asked if they had the correct address and re-sent it to them but they said they were sending it to that sddress.
Today I got a email from PayPal saying Carers Card have refunded my money, well that will help me very much,
Wish I hadn't wasted my time on this company.
I did give them another chance to rectifie this as they asked me to and let them send it to my daughter's home address as she had no trouble with getting her card but it still never turned up, proving it's not the post it's the company

Had a carers card for almost a year and I'm enjoying looking for days out and experiencing events to take myn89 yr old dad whom.i card for.

I have only just received my membership card and the process was amazingly simple and very efficient. Activating the card was easy too - not something I can say about the world in which I now find myself! I am hopeful that the Carers Card will offer a little sunshine in our lives.
