My number one piercing parlour in South Wales!
10/10 across the board. The staff here are highly experienced and passionate about their work. Jewellery is of the highest quality, which may be pricey, but the staff only recommend what you need, no up-selling here. The interior is sleek, dark and cozy, with great (paid) parking at the rear. Can't recommend this place enough, won't be going anywhere else!

Really nice staff
Really nice staff, making you feel like the only customer in the room. It's expensive though. I didn't realise I was buying a £65 stud until I was paying (and then I ended up losing it the next day which reminded me this happened before so I think I'm jinxed).

Rebecca is Wonderful…
Rebecca and Daryl were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic whilst also being thorough and very professional. They were a joy to meet and be pierced by. I left with a very cool piercing which I love.
One of the balls fell off the first afternoon and they replaced it for me free of charge the next day which was great.
I’ve had no trouble at all with healing but I love that they offer, and in fact proactively encourage, free check up visits to let them see how it’s healing.
I will definitely be back!!

Really nice, friendly and professional. Had my ears re-pierced. Jewelry selection is great, it took me ages to chose and they were very patient explaining benefits of different metals etc. They also helped entertain my 5 yr old who was waiting with me when I came back for a check up which was very much appreciated, she now wants her ears pierced and a forehead tattoo 🙂 Thanks

Great service with pleasant staff. I was welcomed with a friendly smile and not pressured into purchasing anything. I was talked through everything I wanted with very reasonable prices. It was lovely and clean inside and I would recommend to others.

Knowledgeable and friendly piercing studio
Knowledgeable and friendly piercing studio. They were great helping me with an issue I had with a piercing done elsewhere and also piercing my 10 year old daughter's ears. They were really kind with her when she was very nervous and they've healed beautifully.
