We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your purchase.
We understand that the decorative pink pot shown in the product images may have contributed to your expectations. However, the product description does state that the decorative pot is for illustration purposes only and is not included with the plant. The plant is supplied in its standard plastic nursery pot.
We appreciate your feedback. We’re sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations and for the disappointment caused.

2 rhubarb plants arrived ok
2 rhubarb plants arrived ok, but very small and nothing like the illustration from which I ordered. Also, in mid October, they were so dormant as to appear dead. They are now planted but I am not hopeful.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. 🌿
Our rhubarb crowns are supplied as bare-root rather than established, leafy plants. The images on our website show how the plants can look once fully grown, rather than how the dormant crowns appear on arrival.
As we're now in October, rhubarb is naturally entering its dormant period, so the crowns can look very small and lifeless at this time of year. This is perfectly normal and doesn't necessarily mean the plants are unhealthy.
We're glad to hear you've planted them, and with the right conditions, they should begin showing fresh growth when the growing season returns in spring.
Thank you again for choosing Carbeth Plants, and we hope your rhubarb rewards you with lovely healthy growth next year!
