My first car subscription and I am extremely happy. Delivery was on time and the whole sign-up process was executed flawlessly. The weekly price is competitive, however the acquisition cost could have been lesser to make CarBar even more attractive.

Lovely team we are very happy with our almost two years of service and see no reason to stop

I love the business proposition. A quick research shows Car Bar is a respectable business to deal with.

The online sign up was easy. The approval was prompt. The car sourcing experience was fantastic. Your rep seemed competent and courteous. The person who delivered the car was profesional and had all good intentions but didn’t know about the car and was unable to show us how our Tesla operated.
Further, some email communication which I believe was automatically sent from your system did not reach us resulting in additional calls.

But, overall we are very happy with our experience with Car Bar and love driving our first Tesla.

Craig Austin, your friendly Sales Agent, showed the features and explained the Hyundai TL history to me. After the test drive, I was satisfied. I paid for the car and signed all the necessary documents.Craig was courteous and so easy to communicate with. I have already recommended Carbar especially Craig to all my colleagues👍😭

Brilliant service. I needed a car during a certain time, they secured me one and delivered it to my doorstep. When I had to cancel, no questions asked, they thanked me for availing their service and had no issue when I needed to extend.

Chris had the car I needed. It was a fast handover. There was no sickly sales tactics. Clean efficient deal. I could not recommend Chris and carbar enough. I'll definitely be contacting this team again in the future

Missed service my only gripe.

My only issue is that a recent service booking has not occurred yet they emailed me with the booking and pickup date and stated someone would call me on the morning of the service. This has not happened so someone has dropped the ball and I run a business and restructured my day for the car service.
Otherwise they have always been pleasant in dealings.

We got a good deal from Carbar, and the overall concept is great. In practice, every interaction we actually had with Carbar was more complicated than it needed to be. Their subscription management portal never had our correct subscription details in it, their GPS tracking didn't have the information in it, phone calls were always hard to get through to the right person, the pick up of our car at the end was messed up and then the guy dinged the vehicle as he was pulling it out of the carpark, and so on. But all said, we were still happy with the good value we got for our Audi Q7 over 18 months. They just need to work on improving their service.

Initially the vehicle procurement took a while with one of the cars I chose falling through. I chose another and the lead time due to coming from interstate took a while. I would recommend choosing a car in stock in your area if you need something quick but other wise the overall service was great.
