Outstanding customer service and after sales care
From my initial contact with the after sales team at Carat regarding the repair of my earring to its safe delivery back to me I couldn’t have felt better cared for. I have long enjoyed selecting and wearing my beautifully designed Carat jewellery and now I feel assured that, should any of my pieces need extra attention, that I will receive the best attention and care.

I bought a pair of Lana Ear Jackets and they sent it our with one jacket missing. I queried this with them and they have returned the incomplete order to me and basically told me that he didnt leave their warehouse in that condition. i also explained to them that the packaging was also compromised and they have still held me accountable for the items. I have reported them to Klarna and CAB. I have also lodged a complaint with the FOS. These Companies should not be allowed to get away with this and the Consumer to be liable. STAY FAR AWAY FROM CARAT!!

Lovely jewellery and customer service team! I needed my jewellery delivered in time for my wedding so I have contacted customer support team for help. Leanne was very prompt to respond and very helpful, reassuring me the order will be delivered the next day, which it did!

Horrendous customer service
Horrendous customer service. I received a pair of Suriya Ear Jackets for my 30th birthday which were damaged, the same stone missing on both earrings, so very clearly a manufacturer issue. Unless I asked the person who gave me the gift for their receipt to return them, I’ve had to pay to have them fixed, despite them never being worn and it obviously being a fault with them as it’s a bilateral error. It took two weeks after returning them to hear back from them, and now they have my money, it’ll take a further 2-3 weeks to fix. I’ve never come across poor service like it.

I ordered a beautiful bracelet for my granddaughter’s 18th birthday. Like all young ladies, she couldn’t decide what she wanted, then took ages choosing which bracelet , meaning I was very short of time to get it for her birthday.
The customer team were amazing and it arrived just in time.

Long waiting time for items
Bad experience so far. Ordered some diamond earrings for a special birthday’s present on 23/04/23 and still not received the item. Tried to contact customer service and the answer I receive is always that they are expecting some further delays of 4 weeks and they can process a refund should I wish to accept it. I’ve been trying to contact customer service for the past 3 days with no reply yet to get a further update as we now hit the 2 months waiting time.

Purchased Francine Round Prong Tennis Bracelet (Gold, 16cm). Perfect fit for both daily-use and special occasions. I’m getting compliments all day!
Aftercare is also excellent. A safety catch of my bracelet came loose but I got it fixed and had it back to me in just a matter of a week or so. Thanks very much!

This was my first time shopping with CARAT London. I required some technical support with my account, and received an efficient and exceptional response from Leanne. She resolved the technical issue. Furthermore, she responded to further queries about the item I was looking at, and ensured this was dispatched without any delays. I've received the item within two days. Terrible service - nice product
Terrible service. Ring ordered 4 March and received end of May! Unhelpful customer service who didn’t even offer apology for missing a special date as righ was ordered as a gift. Would never buy from them on-line again!!! Such a shame to ruin a lovely product with awful customer service!
Aftercare service in replacing damaged goods was brilliant!
I had made an order for several items, two of which arrived damaged. I contacted customer service straight away, and the treatment throughout the entire process was fantastic. I always received a very quick response (within 48hrs), which was also very helpful in explaining both the process of returning the items in exhange for new ones, and how to follow-through with next steps. Within a couple weeks, I sent back the damaged items and also received new ones in perfect condition. The whole process was seamless, swift and easy. Plus, Roxy from aftercare serivce was great!
