I have had the pleasure of dealing with Leanne customer service advisor, I needed a gift and needed it to be delivered by this coming Friday , I emailed you last Saturday, Leanne confirmed on Monday that the necklace I picked was in stock and if I purchased it and confirmed the order number she would get it dispatched , she emailed today to advise it has been dispatched, I am delighted with your amazing customer service, a big thank you to Leanne for making the whole experience pleasurable.

Excellent, personal customer service from Leanne who kindly tracked me down a pair of earrings I was looking for but were available only for pre order on the website. Arrived next day.
Disappointing experience
Purchased online
Should have been delivered to a chosen locker on the 23rd then failed to the chosen locker on the 25th
Went on line and rescheduled for Wednesday of this week DHL who carat London used attempted delivery Monday when no one was in I then rescheduled for this Thursday they have attempted delivery today
DHL can’t seem to deliver contacted them via the wats app they just leave the conversation
I have Emailed Leanne a few times now from the 1st failed attempt I have had one reply I have sent a couple of emails after this asking for assistance and I have had no response asked for assistance to contact DHL to organise for this Thursday or alternatively a refund if unable to assist
CARAT's excellent customer service
I had made a CARAT jewelry purchase at Selfridges to replace something I lost. The replacement did not include the storage pouch. CARAT customer service was wonderful. Even though it wasn't a big purchase, they sent a replacement (to the US, no less) I can't thank Leanne enough.

At first it was very frustrating that there is no telephone number anywhere for this company. So I emailed the help line and Leanne was very helpful and efficient, answering my queries and sorting out my delivery. I haven’t received my goods yet so cannot comment on those yet. Lorraine.

Poor customer experience and follow-up ...
Placed an online order on 26.9.2023, knowing at the time it was a back order. Carat notified delivery would be on 1st November 2023 via DPD. It never arrived and the 'proof of delivery' was not even signed by me or with the correct name. Leanne advised she has 'reached out' to DPD but I am still waiting. I agree with a previous reviewer below 'Eve on the 29.9.2023'.
Avoid buying online and just go buy instore. Especially in the lead up to Christmas, missing orders/deliveries must be a regular occurrence in the run up to Christmas. Save yourself the hassle and buy in store only.
Fantastic service
I wanted a pair of earrings for a wedding and wasn’t sure that they would arrive on time as delivery was between 5 and 15 days and the wedding was less than 2 weeks off.
I sent an email to explain the situation and Leanne from customer service replied to ask me to place the order then email her back with my order number so she could get them dispatched for me.
The earrings arrived the next day and I wasn’t disappointed.
This is the first time I have ordered from Carat but will definitely be ordering from them again.
Amazing Customer Service
CARAT* London have provided excellent customer service especially from Leanne. I had an issue with a necklace which was purchased for me as a gift. The pendant for some reason does not sit flush anymore. I contacted customer services and Leanne was really helpful and kindly sent me a pre paid returns label and envelope to return my item. 100% would recommend to anyone especially as I love CARAT* London products.

Very happy with Carat customer service. Bought a Gold Cady Solitaire necklace for the wife (anniversary gift) and 9 months later it looked like it had changed colour. Informed customer service (Leanne and Roxy) who requested me to send it to their workshop who then cleaned/polished it for free (still under warranty) and now it looks like new! Many thanks and highly recommended.
Ordered on line 11th September and…
Ordered on line 11th September and still nothing received or correspondence from them so 29th September emailed customer service and quick response received saying look into my order after 1 week I emailed again for update and very nice apologetic email saying order should be received soon ....these were a birthday present for 2nd Oct I finally received my order on 9th October.....I would have appreciated a email informing me of delay instead of me having to do the correspondence

Then when I needed to be notified before my order was dispatched she sent me an email letting me know it was about to be dispatched and was that dispatch day alright with me.
