Brilliant company to deal with! I hadn’t appreciated part of my order would take longer than the rest, so emailed to enquire. Their customer service was excellent - polite, prompt and offered to send out the ready part of the order at no extra cost. Pleasure to deal with! Quality also fantastic.

Terrible returns policy. Do not buy anything on line and try it on at home. They dont give a damn about taking your money and not helping...

I had some questions at the start of my order for 2 tennis bracelets and Leanne assisted me from the start and right the way through my order. It was so lovely to deal with one person as she knew what I wanted it was a straightforward process and I will 100% come back again in the future.

I’m so shocked by the quality of their goods. i’ve made several orders over the last few years and most of the earrings have become faulty and not lasted which I feel is unfair for the price point.

This is the first time i’ve reached out to their customer service for help as items are in warranty and I am so disappointed. It takes so long to get a reply, and when they do it’s direct stalling tactics to not help you and try and get you to loose interest (as I feel like we’re going around in circles). They have said I can return to be analysed but I am still waiting for them to send an envelope in which to do so. Genuinely just going around in circles and it’s totally put me off the brand in general.

I asked for a repair due to accidental damage to a beautiful bracelet. The company decided that the repair was not to their high standards, so they replaced it. I was delighted with the excellent communication, customer service and genuine care for the product and their customers.

Can’t thank Carat London enough for their help, especially Leanne in the customer service team. I had ordered a fantastic pair of earrings on the Friday and they arrived to Ireland on the Monday morning. Second time I’ve purchased with them and they’ve delivered both times. Thanks again

Received within 5 days of ordering. I was concerned about delivery time so sent a message to check. Leanne responded promptly, with a personal message, to assure me all was ok and informed me that my wife’s anniversary bracelet was on its way.

Oh my goodness what lovely jewellery from this company! I ordered some earrings for my son's wedding and because of circumstances I'd left it until the 11 hour to order them. So I contacted the Customer Service team and was lucky enough to have messages with Leanne, who was superb! She assured me that if I placed my order that day she would guarantee they would arrive in time, and they did, 2 days before the day! She also gave me the discount code which I couldn't find. The earrings are beautiful and will go with my wedding outfit perfectly! I can't recommend Carat London enough for their great products and fantastic service! I was initially drawn to Carat London because their jewelry is beautiful, but unfortunately, the quality doesn't match the aesthetics. I purchased a necklace for my wedding and a pair of earrings, spending nearly £300.

The 18K gold on my gorgeous earrings bent after only the second wear, and now I either don't wear them at all or handle them extremely carefully, which is disappointing for the price. As for the necklace (the Cyndi Necklace), it was a complete disaster. It arrived tangled and impossible to untangle, so I had no choice but to return it.

While the customer service was friendly, they were slow to respond and offered no real solution other than returning the necklace and waiting for a refund.

In conclusion, while Carat London's designs are stunning, the quality and the condition in which the items arrive, especially considering the high prices, simply aren't worth it.
