received my order in good time.
Since writing this review I have more to add, I have now tried all 3 light bulbs and each one blew as soon as connected. The 1st one tripped my electrics, I tried one in my up-lighter lamp and it blew and also blew the fuse in the plug so all 3 were useless. I wish I'd read the reviews of this company before I'd ordered. I would now like a complete refund so am awaiting a reply to this review. Look forward to hearing from you.

Ordered two cooker hood bulbs from Caradok. I didn't get any email receipt from them and read some of the online reviews and was a bit dubious as to whether they would arrive. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they arrived and nicely packaged. I would definitely use you again. Thanks.

Awful. Don’t respond to emails. Order made last month and still nothing! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I bought an extension lead from the company and they didn't sent it. I tried to contact them three times, they responded after a second email and told me that it would be send in a few days. After past that time I tried to contact them again and they didn't even respond my email.

Excellent responsible, careful and informed service. I needed an unusual brand of bulb that is hard to obtain, but I was not able to identify the make or size of the sample I have in my possession. A representative I spoke with on the phone managed to confirm the identity after careful research - and he sent me several replacements most efficiently. Very professional and reliable all round.

Purchased 5 new light bulbs, tried three and one blew, tried another and it blew,not tried last one. these are not fit for purpose but sent three emails and one computer message to sales but no reply. wont sent returns label and if I post don,t think they will refund.
Would never use again

Delivery takes ages but my first order arrived eventually. My second order was dispatched but was delivered to a property which I don’t recognise from the proof of delivery photo but definitely not my address! Emailed and phoned Carodok to advise and the man said they’d be in touch with me soon. Still waiting.

Positives-had the bulb I needed. Quick delivery.
Negatives-Over packaged, box too big with lots of polystyrene just for one tiny bulb that wasn't even in its own protective box.

Postage cost as much as the bulb because of the over packaging.

My order took 10 days to deliver. I thought I had been scammed when I read these reviews. However, I contacted the sales team, who replied straight away, saying they were not a scam, just busy with orders. It arrived as promised in good condition. Ive now ordered more bulbs. I have been unable to find these xmas village bulbs for last few yrs so Im well chuffed! Thanks

THIEVES! I ordered on 1st October it is now 1st November, after a couple of weeks with no show I started emailing, chat box and ringing. Nothing, no response and no product, I am gutted, I can't afford to lose £50+. Avoid they are just scamming us out of money.

Disgraceful way to treat customers.Wish I had read all the other bad reviews before purchasing.
Trading standards is the only way to go unless your item is over £100 then go through section 75 credit card.

Terrible company, ordered fluorescent tubes two weeks ago, not received no tracking and totally ignoring emails. I have requested a refund, ignored again, avoid, avoid, avoid, awful company. I will report non receipt to my bank and hopefully get it refunded.

I received my order today. The lights were well packed and arrived in good condition. I would give five stars, but since I placed the order two weeks ago, I heard nothing from Caradok about progress or dispatch. I sent two further emails asking for information, but received no reply to either. This led me to write a negative review, which I have just withdrawn. Caradok do themselves no favours by ignoring communications from their customers, and they risk being seen in a worse light (ignore pun) than they probably deserve.

I ordered sockets and switches on 1st September, 2025 and since then I have not had any confirmation about delivery. I began E-mailing them after 10 days had passed and as yet (15th) I have not had any reply. I have telephoned twice and you can only leave a message (those messages have also been ignored!). I have contacted my bank after seeing bad reviews as I fear that I have been scammed!😡. I just wish that I had searched for reviews before placing my order.

Slow to dispatch. I returned my order within specified timeframe and still no refund. No response to emails. Main number forwards to mobile voicemail. Have disputed with credit card company.

Sent us a single steel screw when we'd ordered 50 x black screws. Item listed was correct, now no response to emails. Useless company to deal with, luckily it was only £7 we've probably lost

I never read any of the reviews and it looks like I was very lucky. I ordered my items and within 3 days they were here.The items were as advertised and I'm really pleased with them and a good price too.

Scam company ....do not buy from them
I placed an order for a braided extension cable. Never received, never answered emails. Lodged a complaint with my bank, then they sent an email to say they had cancelled my order. They didn't refund or send the item. Now they are challenging my claim with the bank. Even though they have never sent the item I ordered or refunded my money. Absolute scam.

While I have no complaints about the actual product the service is terrible.
I ordered some electrical sockets and switches and they arrived after a few weeks with the excuse they were waiting on stock. Stupidly I placed a second order shortly after and I have now been waiting months for it. No contact from customer service when I email them, can’t get through on the phone. The last email I received said the item had been shipped but no tracking details were given (unlike the previous order). My only option now is to get a refund from my credit card company and report to trading standards

Wish I had read the reviews for this prior to purchasing. Bought items on Dec 13th and had no response at all regarding the purchase. Sent multiple emails and no response.
