Cancelling my account first chance I get!
If it was possible to give a lower rating I would.
Credit unions shouldn’t be allowed to post the misleading information on their advertising!
“Making finance easier”
“Putting people first” this is definitely a lie!!!
Etc.
They make you jump through hoops to apply for a loan, surprised you don’t have to give a DNA sample to prove your ancestry!
Then reject your loan while still awaiting documentation.

I like the Sundrive office as there is some of the old Sundrive Credit Union staff still.there . Familiar faces is what I like . I couldn't get what I needed online it wouldn't work I went into Margaret and got my loan sorted in a few minutes. Great service
