You acknowledged the Risk Disclosures, which clearly explain the risks of trading and your responsibilities when making investment decisions. You traded in your account independently, and the losses you refer to were the result of your own trading activity, not company actions.
From the beginning, our team provided education, guidance, and ongoing support to help you understand the platform and trading risks. While we provide resources and assistance, we cannot guarantee profits or prevent losses.
As per our internal policy, when a dispute is opened on an account, our legal team works with banks to verify the legitimacy of transactions and the platform. During such cases, all communication is handled via email with Compliance, which you were informed of, explaining why other forms of communication were suspended.
Communication was also discontinued after repeated abusive and inappropriate messages were sent to our staff. We have a duty to protect our employees from such conduct.
We understand your frustration, but your statements do not reflect the actual circumstances of your account or the support provided.
For further clarification, please contact our Compliance Department directly.

E una truffa...NON ci dovete credere a questi presunti "broker"...il metodo da loro utilizzato è :all'inizio oltre i 250€ di apertura vi dicono che con 1000 € fa guadagnare e de vero ,poi vi chiedono sempre di più per "approfittare "del trimestrale ...poi il vostro bilancio sale e ..
poi vi fa aprire degli ordini edove perderete tutto ....e quello che conta che si perde la soma che avete versato...
E UNA TRUFFA

They are totally unprofessional

They are totally unprofessional. They quote and refer to their financial analysis which proved out in my case to be totally wrong. I lost all my investment. They fill your account with bonuses that make you impossible to ever get in profit and withdraw your money nevertheless you might gain some profit. When I lodge a complaint they become unresponsive. They stopped to answer your request and even did not want to fulfill requests for withdrawal. Be aware this is a big scam.

The worst experience I had

The worst experience I had, they will try to push you to deposit more money and when I tried to withdraw my profits, they stopped replying, I sent them multiple messages and emails, no answer, there is no option to cancel my account on the website.

I signed up for a free trading e-book and got a call the next morning that I applied to open an account, with consultance and help. I live in Slovakia and this lady was soooo nice complimenting me and sweet talked me to deposit money on the spot. thankfully I only deposited the minimum amount and I cant even take that out... dont know what to do now:(((

Update: after a week of now answering emails and complaints, they called the the next morning after uploading this review and tried to convince me to delete it, saying they will withdraw my money after I delete the review… clowns

Second update, even after filling out a sketchy withdrawal info document weeks ago, I still havent recieved my money and Im afraid I never will…
Be carefull out there and don’t trust this company

Fraudsters

Force you to review the investments having received nothing!!! Bunch of liars and threaten you when you report them! For your own peace and happiness don’t do it. I’ve lost over $60000 with their empty promises. Over and over promising me but nothing. I’m still waiting for the money they promised!

I’ve now contacted MISA because honestly it has to be known they aren’t even compliant?! I’ve contact other authorities in line of other blockchain to assist me.

This company is definitely a Scam

I invested a sum of funds from July to September 2024. However, as soon as I requested to withdraw part of my funds, they started telling some stories culminating in what they described as a "market crash", meaning that I lost all my investment. The operators of this scam should be stopped

AI algorithm investment trading

My name is Norman Kilpatrick I joined capitagains.com on 30/10/24 I've got an account manger called nina who has been very patient and very bubbly very well spoken and very polite/ I can't fault anything of the experience I've had so far and iam making lots money to wish I had did this a lot sooner when I had money to invest but hey ho iam up and running now / onwards and upwards who knows I may even get to retire early 😀
