Great tracking, reasonable prices. Only thing I do not like is the tapers soccer pants that feel longer for even a size 40.

Overall experience was excellent
Overall experience was excellent. However, area for improvement - players today prefer sock sleeves and I would recommend including and making sock sleeves that match team colours available as part of the optional items on your order website.

Terrible Communication and Shipping! Do Not Recommend
Communication and shipping are terrible. I ordered baseball uniforms on 12/14 (Sun) and it stated that the order would arrive in 5 weeks on 1/23 (Fri). Now it’s 2/7 (Sat) with no shipping or communication. I even wrote the company last week (1/26) asking about my order. They said it should arrive next week (which is this week), We still haven’t received a tracking number and might have to go to our first game without uniforms.

2XL was a bit tight compared to other 2XLs
The shipping portion was excellent. This is not the first 2XL shirt I have from Capelli, but this one (long sleeve) is trending a bit tight, particularly across my shoulders. The material is definitely a bit more substantial than the Official Sports long sleeves I have, which is nice.

Exceptionally long delivery times
Exceptionally long delivery times, no updates on the order status, and customer service appears more focused on closing tickets than resolving the underlying issue. Tracking numbers are provided, however the orders have not been fulfilled and have not left the warehouse.

I had a good experience with my 2 orders
I had a good experience with my 2 orders. They were quick to notify that one of the products or items was sold out and offered me something similar to the one that I had ordered. That kinda of delayed my expected delivery day by a few more days, but nevertheless I was still satisfied with my order. The 2nd order arrived just as expected with no issues. I will definitely continue to be a Capelli customer.

The company does not provide a customer service
The company does not provide a customer friendly contact option, and when they do reply they don not answer the questions asked. We have ordered team kits for three years and each year the delivery time is horrible and inaccurate. The uniforms do not last and as per Capelli you have to order a whole new kit just to replace certain items that wear out.

Poor quality products
After nearly a 10 week wait for an order… I received a top, literally after 3 or 4 wears the top has a ton of pulls in it, very poor product and very poor customer service.
We as a grassroots team have gone with them, whilst a great kit design the wider quality, customer service and delivery timescales have been abysmal.
We have had issues with sizing on multiple occasions and continue to do so.

Ask your club to not sign a contract with Capelli Sport
Unfortunately, a half star is not an option. Every experience over the last 2.5 years has had issues and their customer service is pathetic. It feels like they signed contracts with clubs and don't give a ___ about the individuals. This last experience broke the straw. They don't exchange. You have to pay your own shipping to return the item for a store credit. Then, you have to buy the correct item and pay shipping a third time to have it sent to you.

You won’t receive an order confirmation…
You won’t receive an order confirmation email, so be sure to take a screenshot of the order number and items once your purchase is complete. Customer service is no help at all—they’ll just give you robotic chat responses. They won’t provide a tracking number, and you may never receive your item. If you’re lucky enough to get it a couple of months later, it might be the wrong size, and you’ll be asked to pay the return shipping fee to get a refund.

Awful service.
Awful service.. the order placed on 08/28/25 took more than 5 weeks to arrived and it was sent incomplete! As of today 10/29/25 there isn't an update. My requested to cancel the item and refund the charge was denied.. League games are done (IT IS POINTLESS) to get the (still) backorder merchandise!!

United soccer club needs to end its…
United soccer club needs to end its relationship with Capelli. Went to order a bigger size of kit for my daughter changed sizes as I added them to cart but apparently it defaulted to the original kit order sizing upon ordering. I replied tot he order email two times over a month requesting for them to update sizing before processing the order. Got an email today that they shipped my order with the wrong sizes. I immediately emailed them and they said they never revised any emails from me in which I returned screenshots of the emails. Well apparently that’s not enough and I’m going to have to eat the entire cost of a kit as they won’t refund or take the items back! Worst customer service on the face of the planet.
