I have been using EPay Merchant Services for my small coffee business for around 6 months now. When I first met Gary and went through what I wanted, I'm sure I gave him a right headache - I asked for an awful lot and Gary went out of his way and provided! We had a few teething issues in the beginning, all of which where down to how I wanted the epos to run, but Gary was there every step of the way, at the drop of a hat. Over the last 6+ months I have messaged Gary and his team several times asking for various information and help and the longest I have waited for a reply was about 5 minutes. Gary has gone above and beyond every single time and regularly checks in to make sure that everything is okay for us. As a small company, we are used to being missed or overlooked, but its evident to us that Gary and his team take great pride in their work and make us feel like a truly valued customer. Highly recommend Samantha and Zettle card readers. Samantha took care of everything around the setting up of the account and providing the card readers. The charity used 2 card readers during an event and both worked with all types of credit card and the payment processing was fast. So we collected all the money for a raffle and donations from 14 tables in a fraction of the time expected. Happy to recommend for large events.

This company has provided my restaurant with PDQ terminal recently and I can’t rate them enough for their smooth transaction. The service was excellent.

Having to use big company that leave me with no service and had to figure everything out myself, Sam and Gary definitely provide excellent service and make my life so much easier. They came all they way to visit the business and even help us with the installation which was a huge help for me. They make sure everything works well and very quick to respond to my questions. Overall, the whole process was very easy and I'd recommend ePay to everyone who need payment service.

Amazing company they have made switching card machines so simple! Sam did literally all the paperwork and all the ground work I wish I had switched sooner as I am now saving over £120 a month! Thank you both for coming to set up the machine it couldn’t of been easier.

Great service. Was so easy setting up and Anfel was so helpful. She was available at all times for when I needed help. They even managed to set up my profile so all I did was turn on the card machine and take payments right away!
I wouldn’t go anywhere else!! I’ve contacted so many other companies but so hard to see whether they actually ARE good as reviews are mixed and rates are high, whereas with ePay their rates were reasonable and dont have any hidden charges … ePay is underrated !

Highly recommend Sam and epay. Sam took care of everything and it was really easy to switch over from my old provider. I'm saving so much money now I just wish I'd moved to epay earlier.

I set up a card terminal with Epay late last year , the card terminal has worked great and save some money!
I’ve had quite a few WiFi issues and Gary & Sam have been immediately attentive to help rectify this for me so the card terminal will work

I have been using Epay for the last 6 months and I am so happy I changed over to them. Nothing was too much to ask and the whole process of switching over was stress free!! They did everything!!
