ePay MS explained the product and all details for cost and services very well. Assisted in setting up the card reader which was above and beyond expectations.

I would have given 5* but believe the % rate for using the card reader is a little high. Although I am aware this is the standard rate and can’t be beaten.

We needed a credit card facility setup at short notice. Sam and the team at ePay Merchant Services had us set up and ready to take payments within 24 hours, I couldn't have asked for a better, smoother service. I would certainly recommend them to businesses of any size. Thanks ePay.

Epay Merchant Services made the tranaction from another provider to themselves very simple and everything was explained to make the process simple.
Very proffesional and helpful staff. Provided easy contact to themselves if it was needed, always on hand to help.
Card machine all set up now, installed it without any problems and all is working great.
Would highly recommend Epay to anyone who is thinking about a new card machine.

Really happy with my experience. Sam & Shelia were extremely friendly, helpful and the whole process was extremely fast and easy.

Epay set my small business up with a Zettle card reader and it's absolutely brilliant! I had no clue how to go about getting a card machine but they explained the process clearly and set me up within a few minutes, fast settlement and helped me run my stalls so much easier. Thank you!

We are a small independent ladies clothes retailer in Chester who’ve been tied into a contract with another provider for too long. Our mantra is to “always buy local first” if we can. Gary and Sams ePaymerchant Services were highly recommended to us and rightly so as it turned out. Sam could not do enough to help from the rate explanation to contract setup and terminal swap out (even though we had a small tech issue) and always on the ball. I know the aftercare service will be excellent having experienced their attentiveness so far and absolutely delighted we moved across with Sam and Gary who are really lovely people.I could not recommend them highly enough.

We were a bit weary moving over to a smaller provider but we shouldn’t have been. Were a family run hotel and enjoy the personal touch Sam and Gary have provided. They offered us a massive saving, up to date equipment, smooth switch and excellent support. We have multiple terminals and have had no issues at all. When We have needed help with little things, they got back to us straight away. Highly recommend and have already recommended to other local businesses.

I am so so happy I moved over to Epay. Sam was amazing throughout the whole changing over process. The support team are amazing whenever I have called to help me straight away (although I have only ever had to call with silly things that in hindsight I could of easily sorted myself). The best thing is I am saving money in my business. So, thank you for everything Sam and Gary. Highly recommend!
