CanaDream RV - Halifax Anmeldelser

The readiness/ camper being stocked well.Booking process went smooth. Managers willingness to address issues.

People working at the halifax station enabled a most smooth start in our candian holidays. Kindest staff, friendly and helpful. Thank you so much!

Staff at Halifax location were super friendly and went over and above to compensate for the delay picking up the van (delay caused by previous renter).
The deluxe camper van was in excellent condition and our vacation was problem free. We felt supported by the 24 hour help line (even though we didn’t need it). The whole process from booking to pick up and return was easy.

We rented the DVC and had a blast. The van size was perfect for my wife and I. We travelled across country from Halifax to Vancouver and was a pleasure to spend 3 weeks during our 7800kms journey. We had a few minor issues however these were dealt with promptly by Canadream. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

For context...this was my first time renting a camper van...for me and my 3 emerging adult sons. Barry and his staff returned calls ro answer questiosn i had in the days leading up to the pick up date. They were are very accomodating and clearly explained the check in and pick up process. I appreciated clarity of communication and follow up.
Loved the flexibility of the RV....Definitely going to do this again.

I would give a 4.5 star rating if that was an option. Great people at the Halifax location! Almost new campervan. I would recommend the saver 4 option.
The only drawback is the pickup and dropoff time slots. I had to pay extra for a different pickup and dropoff time.

Everything was fine, we has a great trip.

I booked a small rv online, well i thought i had, when we arrived to pick up, we were offered a truck and camper , I am a 70 year old with brand new knees, so this did not go over well, no chance of getting anything else, maybe in a day or two, but by then half our holiday would be over, was so very disapointed, We made do, but was not ideal at all.. i obviously could not get up to the be so we went to make up the bed from table, it would not break down, hubby had to find a proper screwdriver from a camper next to us, cause the ones u supply are wrong size, we got that done, then discovered the lock on camper was faulty and it locked us out of it, with all our stuff inside, the flapper on vent above stove rattled non stop., lousy bed linens, the whole time was just not great at all..Would never ever do it again, and will not be recomending u to anyone.. believe me, when people asked us how it was, we told the truth. I understand the saver 2 concept, you have the right to pick what one gets, but i suggest you put that in BOLD LETTERS so people see it and can adjust there wishes..

This was our first time renting an RV. We picked up and dropped our RV off at the Halifax branch. The scheduled pick up and return was a timely and efficient process. The RV was as advertised. Most importantly, the staff was very polite, friendly and professional and genuinely enjoyed interacting with customers. The Branch manager even took the time to visit with us after we returned the RV. If this is how all of your branches operate, it is a very well run company!!

The RV was awesome. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

From start to finish Canadream made this first time rental process easy. Ringing Canada and paying the deposit with support was very much appreciated! Staff were very friendly and Informative on collection and same at drop off! We had a lovely time! And will be back.

Picking up our motorhome in Halifax was thorough and we were even on the road early. The unit was vey clean and was new this year.

Agents were super helpful and friendly. The van was super well equipped - the packages were awesome. We have rented from another company and Canadream surpassed our expectations by a lot!!!

Staff was friendly and helpful booking online went well I did call to confirm something !

Very friendly staff at the Halifax location. They made pickup and drop off very smooth. Everything was explained very well.

This was our first time renting an RV, and the Halifax team were very accommodating. They were super pleasant to deal with, and helped us through a couple errors we made in our reservation. Kudos, and thank you!

All went well. Wonderful staff at Halifax. Great holiday.

Wonderful and supportive staff, they step out to help me out.

Pickup was easy, staff were friendly and helpful. We were on the road in a clean, modern RV without delay.

Dropoff was also a breeze, with no surprises.
