MISTERIOSAMENTE CASI TODAS LAS CALIFICACIONES POSITIVAS SON: ESTADOS UNIDOS PERSONAS QUE MIGRAN A CANADA INCREIBLE HASTA DONDE LLEGA LA MENTIRA DE ESTA EMPRESA HASTA DE LA MISMA CIUDAD. Canada Central simula mes a mes que existe un proceso activo. Siempre responden, siempre dicen que “todo va perfecto”, pero nunca entregan una sola evidencia real de avance. Prometen concluir en 3–4 meses; en mi caso han pasado más de 9 meses sin ningún resultado ni prueba de que exista un proceso real.

Cuando el caso se vuelve insostenible, el asesor ofrece una devolución y envía supuestos comprobantes de transferencias que nunca se realizaron. Luego te cambian de asesor, quien comienza a inventar excusas para justificar por qué no hay proceso alguno.

Posteriormente envían una factura con valores inflados, cuyos conceptos, sumados, coinciden casi exactamente con el monto pagado (6.350 CAD), para luego ofrecer devolver solo una parte (2.400 CAD).

Finalmente, te envían un contrato abusivo en el que intentan que renuncies a:

Demandas legales

Denuncias ante autoridades

Demandas colectivas

Opiniones negativas

Incluso incluyen amenazas legales contra el cliente si decide denunciar o advertir públicamente.

El patrón es claro: simular actividad, ganar tiempo, no ejecutar ningún proceso real y luego intimidar al cliente con contratos.

I received comprehensive information that I needed and support during the visa process.

Great customer service, made it all simple and straightforward.

I requested a refund from Canada Central as I believed they were pressure selling and didn't have my best interest at heart. They made me sign a severance agreement that said I wouldn't leave any reviews of them and that my refund would come in two parts. Whilst the first part came, they have done nothing but delay and make excuses about the second. They have now begun to completely ignore me. I am owed 6600.50 CAD so I'm now writing reviews of their awful service until I'm given what I'm owed. My only other option is small claims court which is very expensive and time consuming. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, they are shady and underhanded and will not keep to contractual agreements THEY make you sign!

It's a total scam, beware!
First they charge you 950 CAD, and then, surprise! Another 7000 CAD. They're not serious, and on top of that, they don't even give you back the money you've already spent, without receiving any service—I repeat, none. Lots of talk, and then they do absolutely nothing except send you some cards with no legal validity.
Furthermore, they manage to delete the negative reviews, and all the positive ones are written by them. Don't trust them, for your own good!
