I want to thank Canada Central. They really helped my fmaily out. It took us almost 9 months of work, and I had to chase all kinds of weird documents. But they told me exactly what to do. My Life Was Genuinely Changed
A couple months ago I'd been laid off from my job and was left wondering.. what next? I spent days trying to figure out what I wanted to do next. With everything going on in the states I didn't want to go too far, as Canada felt like a safe option, that's when I came across Canada Central.
Canada Central made what felt like a daunting and stressful venture easy and a breeze to fly through. What I thought would be weeks of paperwork inducing headaches turned out to be some of the most easy weeks of my life with the helpful and understand team at Canada Central. They made a lot of complicated jargon sound like nursery rhymes by the time I got my visa.
This company is genuinely amazing, and I hope anyone looking into going to Canada works with them!

From Canadian Dream to Reality.
Canada Central had everything I needed. Excellent service, amazing communication, quick results, and helpful resources. If I could I'd give Canada Central a 10/5 because my experience was so good.
Moving to Canada had been a huge goal for me, and the team at Canada Central really made thay dream a reality, and imm so thankful to everyone. They helped me secure a Job over here in Quebec and handled a lot of the complicated paperwork and even helped me get a work visa.
Really, everything's was as smooth as butter and I'd recommend this service to anyone looking into going to Canada, weather it be for work, travel, or just moving. It's been a few weeks now and me and my family are settling into our new lives here at Qubec. Thank you Canada Central!

Kommunikációs probléma.
Valóban meg lettem keresve az érdeklődésem miatt. Viszont mivel Magyar nyelven kívűl nem beszélek más nyelven ezért nem tudtam a hívó felet megérteni és Ő sem engem. Ez viszont elég nagy probléma. Ezt leszámítva ha lehetne mennék kifelé végleg.

I've been a client of central for a while. The service is a little slow, but they know what they're talking about. I'm happy with my agent, and I feel the work is being done thoroughly.
A good company all together, even if it's a bit slow. But maybe I just had unrealistic expectations about the speed.

It's is totally a fruad and scam. They took 11000 cad, just to collect the documents, without providing any kind of service. After all, they dont return a single dollar. Avoid it.

I would like to say Thanks for team Canada Central that's reach me and contacted me about my problem and they promised me it will go well to solve everything step by step , Thanks for all team and hope as soon as see all the steps will go forward and hope soon will get my immigration visa , also will share details when will get it to show for all community in Trust pilot how the Canda Central be honest in deal with clients to solve everything, this is updated to what am wrote before days that am criticized how behavior was from agency employee with me hope soon get contract and visa

Sorry about my negative words , you have bad employer he is name Neil Bailey and he threaten me cause I did paid 3000 Canadian dollar and told him will pay the rest in January and your employer told me closed my file or my application why he closed what authority he have ?? Need talk with someone from management of agency cause when see processing going well and second thing you did account for me in your agency am not see my payment not see any receipt about my payment and your employer told me forget money cause I told him why need to complete rest payment if not see processing or anything seriously just got call every week and want me pay all money one time why need pay all money if not see process and not see the payment in my account and not receive receipt, and you see how a lot of people wrote negative comments against your agency cause not see any seriously , if you want keep your reputation try work right and please please when agency contact me I don’t want talk with this man Neil Bailey but want talk with someone from management agency this is stolen and scam way and you shared in your website you work as law is mean if we report your agency with Canadian government is good for you and if people see what wrote in trust pilot is good for your reputation

I am writing this review as the spouse and co-applicant in a case handled by Canada Central.
At the beginning, the company was professional, responsive, and reassuring. Based on verbal phone calls, a specific immigration timeline was communicated to us before signing the contract. This timeline was the decisive reason we proceeded and made payment.
The promised deadline was not met. After issues arose, the company acknowledged internal errors and confirmed that phone calls were recorded and reviewed during internal investigations. We then requested cancellation and a full refund.
Management told us we did not have the right to a full refund. Instead, “free compensatory services” were offered and later used to justify reducing or denying the refund. We were also asked to sign a settlement agreement containing concerning terms, including very long-term clauses and broad waivers of rights. We refused to sign.
After this, the company stopped responding to follow-up emails, including requests for clarification and transparency.
Throughout the process, Canada Central handled highly sensitive personal information, including passport and immigration documents. We have extensive proof, including emails, contracts, payment records, and recorded calls, and the matter has been reported to the appropriate authorities.
Any response or clarification provided by Canada Central will be documented and added to our case file.
Based on my experience as a co-applicant, I cannot recommend this company and advise others to proceed with caution.

I want to share my full experience with Canada Central so others can make an informed decision.
My wife and I applied together as a couple, and all steps in this process were taken jointly. We have retained evidence for everything described below, including written communications, documents submitted, payments made, and actions taken throughout the process.
At the beginning of the process, the company appeared very professional, responsive, and reassuring. Communication was frequent, polite, and supportive. The representatives were friendly and confident, which made us feel comfortable and built trust. This positive first impression is the reason we decided to proceed and provide sensitive documents and payment.
A specific immigration timeline was clearly communicated to us before signing the contract. That timeline was the main and decisive reason we agreed to move forward. Unfortunately, the promised deadline was not met.
After issues arose, the company acknowledged internal mistakes and told us that more than one internal investigation had been conducted, explicitly stating that all phone calls were recorded and reviewed. Because the key deadline had been missed, we requested to cancel the process and asked for a full refund.
At that point, management told us that we did not have the right to a full refund. We trusted what we were told and relied on their explanation. Only later, after independently reviewing our rights, did we understand that when a material timeline promise is missed, consumers do have the right to a full refund.
Instead of issuing a full refund, the company:
Offered “free compensatory services” after admitting error
Later used the monetary value of those same free services to reduce or deny the refund
Required us to sign a settlement agreement in order to receive any refund
The proposed agreement raised serious concerns. It included extremely long-term clauses (up to 99 years), broad waivers of rights, and restrictions on speech and reviews that were unrelated to a simple refund. We have a copy of this agreement.
After we refused to sign, the company asked for 3 business days to complete another internal review. We agreed and waited. After those 3 business days passed, communication stopped.
We sent multiple follow-up emails asking for a refund update and for the full name and role of the person handling our case, especially since they had confirmed that recorded calls and investigations were being relied upon. These reasonable requests were ignored, and the company declined to disclose the identities involved. This lack of transparency occurred only after we asserted our rights and refused the settlement.
Throughout the process, Canada Central handled very sensitive personal information, including passport copies and immigration documents belonging to both of us. We have comprehensive evidence supporting every statement made here, including emails, contracts, payment records, and recorded phone calls, and the matter has now been formally reported to the appropriate authorities.
Based on our full experience, we no longer consider this company trustworthy. We strongly recommend that anyone considering their services get all promises in writing, review contracts very carefully, and exercise caution before sharing sensitive personal information or making payments.
Any response, clarification, or attempt to dispute this account by Canada Central will be fully documented and submitted as additional evidence to the ongoing reports with the appropriate Canadian authorities
