Calvin Klein have an express 1-2 working day delivery option at checkout for €12.95 vs a free delivery option which is 3-5 working days. I paid for the express option as the shoes were a birthday present for my daughter yet the express option took 5 working days so the present was was received 2 days after her birthday. So poor from Calvin Klein and when I raised it via email no response 6 working days later.

Very uncomfortable shoes. And they squeak as you walk. Got them for the colour. Grotesquely overpriced. Very disappointed.

Excellent underwear, a bit pricey yes, but well worth it.

Website said 3 to 5 days working days to delivery. It already passed 6 days and I didn't get my item. If knew the item is coming from Netherlands I would come to the store.

They promised me 1 week delivery but so far it hasn't arrived

I ordered 2 pairs of bootcut jeans. Items arrived on time, and extremely well packaged. Also included was a complimentary 5ml bottle of aftershave. The only mistake was down to me not reading the description. I wanted the jeans to come in at the bottom of the thigh, before going out again. These were baggy all the way. (As I said though this was my error). Still kept the jeans, as they were good quality even though they weren't quite what I wanted.

Ordered 90s Straight Jeans in Retro Light. Size 36/32.

Received the item & was too big. The bag the jeans came in stated 36/32, the tag stated 36/32 & the label stated 36/32

Measured the Jeans & they were a 40" waist/34" leg.

Clearly the sizing was incorrect.

Contacted customer service & took a day for them to advise to return the item while citing : "We have received a response from our warehouse team that confirmed ---->>this was a pick and pack mistake<<---- from their side. Please accept our sincere apologies on their behalf and our own for any inconvenience caused."

---- how can it be a "pick and pack mistake"? Clearly the item is labelled incorrectly

They do not offer exchange or replacements.

It also just so happens the price has increased (yes, it was discounted at time of purchase) and is no longer in stock for purchase.

As Calvin Klein, the expectation is that of a premium brand with premium products & service. In reality it appears Calvin Klein is selling mass-produced, low quality items similar to that of Primark.

What happened to the brand that was once synonymous with exclusivity?

I found the website really easy to find what I was looking for. There was a slight delay with dispatch of my order and I received an email to advise me of delay which I really appreciated. Very good value.

On July 7th I ordered 3 pairs of socks from Calvin Klein online but inadvertently ordered an incorrect size. I returned them on the same day as delivery,
using the original packaging and the return label provided, as instructed by Calvin Klein.
Four weeks later I contacted their Customer Service as I had not received a refund or even an acknowledgement of the return.
On 6th August I received an email stating that my refund had been processed and that it may take up to 14 days to be credited to my account. It is now 21 days later and no refund has been received.
I sent an email to the Customer Care Department 3 days ago but have not had a reply to my query about the delay.
To say that I am disappointed in Calvin Klein is an understatement.
