I absolutely love this company!
I've used their services 3 times now and I ve been completely satisfied each time. The time it take to diagnose the issue, ask me any questions that the provider might have, send the rx to my pharmacy & speak to the pharmacist to make sure they have the medicine & to notify me that all is complete is done in under 2 hrs. You can't even get checked in at a convenient care in that time frame. I will continue to work w this company.

I am a nurse of over 45 years - this service is very quick, convenient and reliable for minor illness/conditions - I could go to Urgent Care taking 2-3 hours and pay nearly twice the amount, or use CallonDoc for half the stress, half the time, half the price !! Incredible experience
I developed hives that I could not clear up on my own. I’m currently uninsured and needed a provider to weigh in. They called within the hour, listened to what I had going on and what I had already tried, then came up with a great treatment plan. Meds were ready at the pharmacy when I got there. This is one of the best online experiences I’ve ever had and I recommend this service to anyone needing care. It was very affordable as well.

This whole process was quick and easy
This whole process was quick and easy. I used this to get antibiotic ear drops for an ear infection. Prescription was processed and sent to pharmacy very quickly. Twenty-four hours later, my ear is already starting to feel much better with less pain and clogging. I would have had to wait 2-3 days to see my PCP or spend the money and time going to urgent care if not for this service. Highly recommend.

I waited all day for two misspelled sentences
I waited all day—9:32am est is when I submitted the consultation, and I finally got a response around 5pm est— for a 2 sentence response (with spelling errors) from an NP regarding a consultation I put in for a minor skin infection (scrape on my knee that wasn’t healing). I’ve used them for other things in the past without issue, but if this particular visit was my first interaction with Callondoc, I would never use them again. It wasn’t until I sent a message asking for a refund and threatening to dispute the charge with AMEX that I got a response. Unacceptable.

Thank you for being there for me. I have used CallonDoc several times and they have been there for me without a hesitation.Once I got on their site it was easy and simple. Their response is quick and spot on. If you need a doctor quick I highly recommend them. Only problem I have is trying to get online to use their website. It tells me My password or username is wrong. I have to keep changing my password says it don't recognize it. Other than that it's awesome. Their awesome and IMO Legit.
