The idea of creating Callmewine, a wine shop specializing in the sale of wine online, was born from the passion for wine and for the world around it: the charm of the cellars and their traditions, the commitment and patience hidden in every bottle, the beauty of the hills covered with vineyards, their summer greens and their reds and yellows in autumn, the intense scent of must that is released in October days, the foggy and mist-covered landscapes, the joy of certain evenings with friends ... We are fascinated by wine, everything about it. Taste after taste, we work every day to improve our offer of red wines, white wines, champagnes and spirits: we are convinced that selecting is more important than offering everything without distinction. And so on Callmewine we offer the best Italian wines, from Tuscan wines to Piedmontese wines to Sicilian wines, and a selection, which improves daily, of French wines, grappas, whiskeys and other spirits. In our wine list you can find both famous wines, from Barolo to Chianti, from Brunello di Montalcino to Amarone, from Franciacorta to Prosecco, and almost unknown ones, such as Timorasso, Frappato and Pelaverga. On Callmewine you can buy wines from large wineries, such as Gaja, Antinori, Bellavista and Ca 'del Bosco, and from small wineries, but capable of making wonderful wines, such as Arianna Occhipinti and Zidarich. And from each winery we choose only the best wines. We like authentic wines, with great personality, capable of telling the terroir from which they come and the efforts hidden behind their aromas and aromas. We like wineries for which wine is born first of all in the vineyard and whose production philosophy is based as much as possible on principles close to nature and man, without artifice and shortcuts. This is why on Callmewine you can find, in addition to a wide selection of organic wines and biodynamic wines, many artisanal wines, made as they once were, wines made as a good wine should be made.

They sent me a wrong bottle of wine of inferior value than the purchased one. The experience with the Customer Service has been terrible, after a week still no updates, they only replied initially saying that they were checking with the warehouse..
A mistake with the packaging can happen but a serious company would fix the issue in no time.

Unfortunately I have not received my wine that I ordered on the 12th February 2025. I have tried contacting the customer service email 3 times now and I still have not had a response. Its very disappointing.
Great choice of wines and absolutely excellent service. Fastest delivery ever even quicker than Amazon: ordered on a Sunday afternoon and delivery early Monday morning. Stunningly efficient.
