After sales service (DPL)
Desert Plants Ltd (DPL), is a great company.
I don't want anyone thinking my great review is due to me being a friend, or family member, or even an employee of the company, my praise comes solely from my experience as a customer.
DPL's after sales service is exceptional,
They don't just sell you plants and leave you to get on with it, any problems, queries or advice you need in the care and maintenance of your plants so that your plants thrive is there on the other end of an email.
I have learnt from my questions and interactions with DPL, that they are not just selling deserts plants, they have a deep and profound knowledge of the botany and biology of their products and a genuine desire for the plants they sell to be well looked after and for their customers to be happy customers.
It is like joining a club of like minded people.
Thank you DPL for being the way you are.

Thank you so much for your kind words! Reading your review felt like a little spark of magic for us. ✨
We started Desert Plants Ltd as a little hobby, just a love for growing from seed and discovering extraordinary cacti from around the world. Along the way, it’s become a dream—nurturing rare plants, sharing them with others, and learning from fellow growers we now proudly call friends.
Every customer who joins us on this journey becomes part of our little desert plants family, and it’s wonderful to hear that the excitement, wonder, and care we feel for our plants shines through.
Thank you for being part of this adventure with us, for letting us share our love of these extraordinary plants, and for bringing your own curiosity and care into the magic. 🌵💛

Purchased a copiapoa hypogaea
Purchased a copiapoa hypogaea. The cactus arrived very well packaged and very quickly. They even put a non-toxic dessicant pack in the box to prevent humidity build up during postage. The cactus arrived in very healthy shape and looks better than I expected.

Ordered Mammillaria geminispina
I ordered Mammillaria geminispina which arrived in good time, was well packaged and is a lovely plant. It also came with its plant passport, growing tips and a free pen. Very pleased with the plant and the service. The only negative was that it had to be signed for which caused a couple of problems and seemed a bit OTT. Lovely plant and would highly recommend this company who I shall do business with again.

I will give Desert plants a glowing review it’s a delight to do business with them .
Ordering is straight forward and the speed of delivery is amazing.
This is my second order off Desert plants and the cacti came well protected and healthy .
My cacti had a slight bruise on it but this would have been through delivery as I’ve had no problems in the past and it’s not really an issue.
I cannot rate this company highly enough it’s a pleasure to do business with and I won’t hesitate to order again from them in the future .
Thanks again Desert plants 🌵💚
