Desert Plants Ltd Anmeldelser

Excellent service. My order was delayed by a week as some of the cacti had been watered over the weekend and needed to have dry roots to avoid risk of rot. It's mentioned on the site that this may happen, so I wasn't worried and waited.
I bought 3 Trichocereus pachanoi, 5 Lophophora williamsii seedlings and 5 packets of seeds. I'm guessing the Trichocereus needed drying because they need more organic matter in the potting mix. Lophophora need low organic content, easy draining and easy on the watering.
I got an email on the Friday explaining the situation and saying the order would be ready by Monday, sent by express delivery and contain a small free gift.
The order arrived as expected on Tuesday. It was very carefully packaged. The cacti are great and in good condition. Plus the much appreciated gift of a 12cm tall Trichocereus scopulicola. That got me looking into other Trichocereus varieties. So when I got an email with news of new Trichocereus in stock and a discount code, it wasn't long before I bit the bullet and "spent big" on a specimen T. bridgesii, a T. Super Pedro and some Pereskiopsis cuttings for good luck (and grafting)
Nice to see the store had also expanded to add succulents, more seeds and I think more cacti from other species too. Definitely more things I want to go back for.

Order dealt with promptly. The inclusion of a seedling gift was very much appreciated 😃

Ordered one cactus, received two. Excellent service quick delivery would recommend

Excellent quality cactus received, nice colour and also has a good root system.I lightly misted roots and sprinkled some mycorrhizal fungus on them before planting. Also ordered potting mix which looks good(plenty of drainage) waited 5 days before watering as advised, did add some trichorderma and bactorrs 13 to water though, hopefully giving it best start in its new pot.Overall excellent service and quality products. Will definitely buy again from this seller.

Just received my first purchase and on the basis of that I can say with confidence that it will not be my last.

They have a great selection of cacti and succulents and they are as described. My only minor criticism is it took over a week to arrive apart from that excellent service and I will buy more in the future from them

Once again, I can only highly praise this beautiful company. I continue to be impressed by their excellent cacti, care and amazing customer service.

I’d give it ten stars!

Great communication, orders are always accurate and have never disappointed me. I was even offered me a completely unexpected partial refund for a delayed order. Thank you as always, i'll be buying more seeds later :)

My order was handled in the most professional way possible. No issues what so ever with lovely polite and well mannered communication. Even got a brilliant little freeby because it took a tiny bit longer than expected to arrive, due to a completely understandable issue. (Moving nurseries) would definitely recommend.

Very happy with my experience, brought as a Father’s Day gift. Had a slight delay in delivery however it still arrived fast and well in time for Father’s Day. Great communication with them, even got a free gift due to the tiny delay! My order is perfect and packaged very well, thank you so much. Would highly recommend and I’m sure we’ll be back to get more 😊

Think this is my third order from Desert Plants, great healthy looking cacti, now laying in its new bed, packaging perfect well protected, delivery was a little slow Iam guessing due to the bank holiday, but not an issue for me, happy buyer.

Fabulous!! Very happy customer here, am keeping an eye on your website for stock updates. Thank you for my pseudolithos migiurtinus. Arrived in absolutely flawless condition, and weirder than I expected (which is always great!!). Nice touch to add in the tips leaflet, blank plant label and pen. Thank you very much indeed! A lovely shopping experience.

Very pleasant experience with this company. I bought several cacti for my birthday and was pleasantly surprised when it came with two extras! The package was very well secured, and although shipping took a few days, they clearly state on the website that the cacti need time to dry before shipping bare root. Will definitely use again if I buy more.

Have purchased from Desert cactus before although it has been a while, bought two very healthy cacti and larger than expected, very well packed and secure, there was a slight delay in dispatch but when contacted was soon rectified, happy buyer will use again.

My order took a while to get here but I knew it was due to the weather, my order arrived perfect & because it was late due to weather they sent me a free gift which was so thoughtful I love that kind of warmth, I will definitely be back and would highly recommend my tree is beautiful & my plants can’t wait for them to bloom

This is a great and reliable company to source beautiful 🌵

Amazing communication skills over Christmas, sent my parcel out as soon as they could and it arrived well packed and in one day! The potting soil itself looks amazing and I look foward to seeing my cactus thrive in it.

Website is very easy to understand and follow, item was sent quickly and arrived safely, faultless.

I recently purchased from Desert Plants Ltd a very fine specimen of Astrophytum ornate x A.myriostigma - it arrived safely and its is already in its pot in company with A. miriostigma and A. stelata
