Great concept and products, still needs some work
I love the idea of cabinet and I'm obsessed with the glass bottles and having all my meds in a uniform size. It's frustrating that their website promises free shipping over $50 but wouldn't let me ship my bottle purchase with my prescription. They also didn't take my insurance info, so I paid 10x what I normally pay at CVS. That being said, I really wanted the glass bottle, and I'm hoping that they'll improve their services going forward so I can stop going through pharmacies and the endless pile up of prescription bottles.

Never got a label. Really bad experience.
Never got a label. One of the pills is larger than the others. This is medicine we are talking about. DRUGS. Chemical compositions that affect MY BODY. I’m honestly afraid to use these. It has brought into question using this service at all for any medicine.

As discussed during our recent telephone conversation, it has been identified that the medication you received is accurate, despite the variation in size. The larger pill in question originated from a different manufacturer. We are currently investigating this matter further, as it deviates from our standard procedures and should not have occurred regardless.
Your custom magnetic label is shipped separately from your medication. The customization of the label is what takes us a bit longer to complete, but it will be shipping very soon! You will receive a separate email notification once your label has shipped.
In the meantime, we issued you a full refund for your order as a gesture of our commitment to your satisfaction and well-being. Additionally, if you have any further concerns or questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team, who will be more than willing to assist you in any way possible.

Delivered faster than expected. Cute bottles, love how they stack and their goal to reduce the use of plastic in the healthcare industry. Only reason why I give it 4 stars is because I haven’t actually tried the medicine yet.

Cabinet reached out to me via email about a problem filling my prescription. When I didn't respond in a reasonable amount of time, a representative called me to offer help. I'm floored by the personal touch.
The packaging on the prescriptions is thoughtful and my orders have always shipped promptly. I'm a fan!

Easy, easy, easy. The process of setting up and transferring my prescriptions was simple and hassle free. I received my reusable bottles and prescriptions, and am looking forward to saying good bye to plastic bottles and trips to the pharmacy going forward.

The daily allergy refill was out of stock and there doesn’t seem to be an option for a subscription for it. Also it would be great to have options for things like vitamin d and omega-3.

I love this concept
