To clarify, once we receive your information and it’s ready to be submitted for medical approval, payment must be secured. After approval, typically within 1–2 business days, your account is activated, and medication is delivered within 5–10 business days.

We also apologize for the difficulty you experienced reaching our team by phone. That’s not the level of service we aim to provide. Our team did attempt to contact you to follow up and explore options such as price matching, in case cost was a concern.
