I am very disappointed and will no longer be purchasing from your company.
I have ordered several times from you and the order arrived via Canada Post with no additional fees. I was very happy with the products and the service.
I was unaware you changed your delivery service, and a this one was sent from Europe, I had to pay an extra $65.68 before being allowed to pick it up.
I am a senior on a fixed income, so every penny counts for me. You products are excellent but not inexpensive. I had not budgeted to pay the extra fees on this order.
Never before have I had to pay extra to pick up my parcel from you
as it was never before delivered by a European delivery service. I had no idea you had changed your delivery service until I checked the status of my delivery.
On all my many previous orders you indicated free shipping plus always included estimated taxes. This time because it was shipped from Europe, the extra charges beyond the tax I already paid you, included:
DUTY $26.96
GST $11.99
PST $16.78
HANDLING FEE $9.95

I had already paid you before you shipped my order:
Subtotal $206.31
Shipping Free
Estimated Taxes $24.77
Total CAD$231.08
Then when including the additional fees of $65.68
My order cost me $296.76
As I say, I am very very disappointed and sorry to say I will no longer be ordering from you.

I had the same experience with my package coming from Germany. I had to pay $25 duty (have bought before and didn't have this issue). I won't be buying from Booty again, although I do like their products. Another disappointment is the clothes are made in China...

My order came from Germany! When I went to pick it up at the post office, I owed $57.00 in duty! If this can't be resolved, I will not be buying from this company again. Needless to say, I have not paid the duty, and the PO is holding the package for me until I can speak to someone. I'm extremely disappointed, as I've been wearing Boody products for years, and have never had such a bad experience with delivery. $57.00!!!!!

Follow-up: I sent them a message, and they never got back to me. The customer care team is never live. I need to decide today whether to pay the duty or have the package sent back. It's difficult to know what to do, because I can't trust that they'll send me a refund. I've never had this experience ordering clothing before, and I'll have to find another place to buy underwear, unfortunately.

These are just what I was looking for! I love the fit and the comfort they provide. I’ve had these in the past and they last well. Thank you!

I was a little skeptical at first, I mean, you're ordering underwear online, how can you be sure it will fit, right? Not a problem here! I followed the size chart (measuring definitely helps) and ordered the size XL and hoped. And they fit perfectly! I love the feeling of them and they fit so well I hardly even notice them (no more riding up the back or pulling tightly around your legs). I am absolutely going to order more in the future!

I like the products, but I ordered from Canada and was charged taxes twice - once at point of sale, and again assessed by customs upon entering Canada. The amount entered on the shipment by Boody for taxes and duty for import declaration also included the taxes I already paid, which is inaccurate. I haven't yet received a resolution from Boody.

I love my new bra. It has adjustable straps! I also got the long legged undies. Both items are super comfortable.

I love the fit and feel of the fabric. The panties and camis wash well and even the ones I purchased a year or so ago have not faded.

The order came quicker then expected and all was as it should be. Thanks.

Received order from UK rather than Vancouver. On a $190 order, paid $71 in duty and taxes. I have been double charged GST/PST - on Boody order and Duty payment. Box came crushed and taped up. I love Boody clothing, but this shipping/duty experience has been extremely negative.

My order arrived from the UK not Canada as previous orders (Vancouver), I paid just over $111 for the order and when it delivered I was charged an additional $23 in duties!
